The Coordiante measuring machines DIMENSION and DIMENSION-TWIN were especially designed and constructed for use in harsh conditions where fast and percise measuring is paramount. Here only low-friction percision linear guides of the highest quality are used. Air bearings in combination with granit guides can be used when higher accuracy is required. As with all our CMM machines, the motors and guides are sealed. This helps assure protection from dirt, damage, and thermal influences. Highly dynamic, high quality servo-motors provide an exact and vibration-free positioning.
Our manually controlled machines have integrated handwheels, as well as easy to use fixation controls for all axis.

Mobile contact angle measurement on samples of virtually any size
In the field of quality assurance the demand is increasing for flexible instruments that can be used in the field and which allow tests on materials while processes are being carried out. The MobileDrop from KRÜSS closes this gap in the contact angle measurement field.
MobileDrop is operated with only one hand and permits measurements to be made on surfaces of virtually any size. Despite its small space requirements, a prism optics system ensures a sharp image of the drop contour. Drop deposition with different liquids allows the surface free energy and its polar and dispersive fractions to be determined in a short time. All components are contained in an ergonomic housing together with a USB camera.
The video image is transferred to a notebook which does the mental work: analysis of the drop shape and calculation of contact angles and surface energies with the software DSA2. An extensive substance database and comfortable tools for data administration are included.

The AMPG permits rapid measurement of tubes and pipes in conjunction with laser tube measuring forks and FUTUREX TUBE software from ZETT MESS. The tube-measuring fork is slipped over the tube at the required measuring point. This interrupts two diagonal laser beams to generate a total of four switching points that are used to define the position. This tube measuring assembly can be used to measure all types of tubes and pipes ranging from the finest hydraulic tubes to exhaust pipes and even large pipes. ZETT MESS supplies tube-measuring forks in four sizes.

CL-2400 - Non-Contact Thickness Meter
The CL-2400 is designed for measurements on conductors, such as aluminum discs, and semiconductors, such as silicon wafers. Thickness is measured as the material under measurement passes through the gap formed between two opposing gap sensors. The CL-2400 can be used for static or running thickness measurements.
