LEICA ABSOLUTE TRACKER
We have built up a rock-solid reputation for designing and manufacturing absolutely reliable, robust laser trackers that find application in the most demanding environments, from factory shop floors to metrology labs. At first there was the SMART series, then the LTD500 generation, followed by the LTD700/800, and in 2005 we gave you the LTD640/706/709/840 family. In 2008, we are welcoming the Absolute Tracker.
At about 22 kg [48 lbs] and 62 cm [2 ft], the Leica Absolute Tracker enables easy one-person operation. A quick release mechanism securely locks the sensor onto the sturdy, heavy-duty tripod. You get the no-compromise stability that’s paramount for accurate measurements. Better still, the entire setup can be transported in the trunk of an average station wagon.
The Leica Absolute Tracker, just like its earlier Leica Geosystems brethren, relies on a technically sophisticated yet surprisingly maintenance-free internal design that allows it to run hour after hour, day after day, month after month without the need for any compensation whatsoever.

The FRT MicroProf® Twist was especially designed for the
metrological measurement of cylindrical parts such as
axes, cam lobes, cylinder sleeves, bearing sleeves
(inside and outside), valve tappets, crankshafts, piston
rods and other similar samples. Measurement is auto-
matically performed using the combination of a high precision rotary axis and an additional linear axis.
The sensor is introduced to the part along the cylindrical
axis and then rotated for measurement. Since this measuring
system is capable of automated measurements, it can be easily
integrated for process control into your existing production lines.

The HOMMEL shaftscan measuring machines have been specially designed for highly accurate and fast measurement of crank shafts and cam shafts. HOMMEL TESTER C8000
The contour measurement system for demanding applications.
The exact measurement of workpiece contours demands high precision metrology in connection with an efficient evaluation software. The stationary contour measurement systems from HOMMEL-ETAMIC combine both requirements and therefore offer reliable measurement results with simple handling. Evaluations of distances, radii, angles or nominal/actual profile comparisons also takes place automatically if necessary and thus guarantee reproducible results without operator intervention. With the CNC option the whole measuring process runs fully automatically and requires much less time than a manual measurement sequence.

The Verimet U1000 System is a Modular Automatic Universal Instrument (MAUI) designed to perform gaging, nondestructive eddy current testing, and other real time measurement data acquisition operations. The U1000 replaces all the eddy current and gaging instruments previously sold by K. J. Law Engineers over the years with a single modular instrument system having all their capabilities and more.
