The Leitz Micra coordinate measuring machine is naturally predisposed for quality inspection of small high-precision parts. It unites high accuracy and exact single-point inspection with accurate scanning of surfaces and profiles. The miniaturized LSP-X1c high-tech scanning probe system provides Leitz Micra's foundation.

The ZETT MESS AMPG 6-axis articulated measuring arm is a transportable coordinate measuring machine.
