High speed fluid motors are available in the W, GC, and G20 Series. Our full range of unidirectional and bi-directional fluid motors features numerous configurations and options to solve a variety of fluid motor applications. The W-Series of fluid motors offers excellent efficiencies and start-up torques in a compact package size. Special valve options for off/on motor actuation and speed control are also offered. For industrial applications, fluid motor versions of the H Gerotor pumps are available.

Hägglunds’ Marathon motor is a giant – not only when it comes to size, but also when it comes to performance. By far the largest hydraulic motor in the world, Marathon is specially engineered for extreme, high-torque applications.
Despite its heavy-duty design and intimidating size, the Marathon motor offers excellent controllability and resistance to shock loads. As a result, it lets you handle large, dusty, corrosive and explosive applications with unexpected finesse. Even in extreme heat or freezing cold, a Marathon drive provides years of reliable service.

With safety a high priority, White Drive Products offers motor/brake combinations for applications were braking is needed. With displacements ranging from 3.2 - 127.7 cid [52 - 2093 cc] and holding torques up to 14,000 lb-in [1582 Nm], White Drive Products offers a variety of solutions when braking is a must.

The radial piston design ensures very high starting torque efficiencies, especially at high pressures where they are most required in mobile applications. Efficiency is typically > 94% at 400 bar.
The maximum torque requirement for wheel motor applications generally occurs with the vehicle al standstill or at low speeds, for example, during acceleration from stand-still or when overcoming an obstacle or slope.
High starting torque in the hydraulic motors therefore means better vehicle performance, less energy wastage and heat generation, especially with frequent stop-start work cycles.

The result is a high performance and reliable product.
The HR SERIES is available in 8 displacements from 40 to 400 cc/rev and the maximum torque up to 925 Nm.
All motors of the HR range are directly interchangeable with the motors of the previous series (HPR) with a significantly increased performance of approximately 10%.
Moreover, the HR series of motors are supported with a rich range of flange-mounted control and protection valves (motion control, over centre, cross line relief, anti shock and anti cavitation valves).
The versatility of these motors makes them suitable for the most vigorous applications: industrial machines, lifting and transport, utility machines, agricultural machines and so on.

Black Bruin motors are at their best in situations where high torque is required and use of other transmission is not reasonable. Hydraulic transmission does not contain axles allowing the frame structure to provide e.g. higher ground clearance and sharper wheel turn angle.
Starting is soft and motion is smooth even at low speed. On the other hand, vehicles equipped with multi speed Black Bruin motors are capable of reaching top speed exceeding 70 km/h.
The motors are used e.g. as wheel hub motors for agricultural, forestry, road building and mining machines.

The most amazing aspect of the DT Series motor is its huge torque potential from its relatively small size. The DT Series motor is capable of producing output torque comparable to competitive designs, but from a package that is both shorter and lighter. The savings in space and weight in no way compromises durability, as the motor uses massive shafts, bearings and drive links to transmit the torque produced by this powerful package. The use of a case drain allows reduced pressure on the shaft seal while maintaining driveline lubrication for maximum motor life. Standard mounting and shaft options offer interchangeability with competitive designs. An internal drain option is also available.

The MCR radial piston motors are slowly running hydraulic motors which operate according to the multiple-stroke principle.
The relationship between roll diameter and cam profile is optimized inside the central power unit. This results in the best possible balance of forces between piston and cam path and simultaneously extends the service life. The step-piston power unit or high-displacement power unit yields a very compact drive unit with high power density.
MCR motors can be used both in open as well as in closed circuits.

The new "G" Series of Radial Piston Hydraulic motors has been developed to offer, contrary to the past, a multipurpose product; as a matter of fact, our standard motors were regarded as "low speed motors".
"G" motors can be classed as:
HIGH SPEED RADIAL PISTON MOTORS
As these are radial piston motors, they keep their operating features:
a high starting torque along with a high stability during the torque transmission.
It is worth bearing in mind that, as compared to other motors, the "G" motor, thanks to the great number of pistons, as a very high overall performance, even at low rpm.

GM series motors are a result of the many years' of experience gained with the preceding M, L and P series motors, and incorporate a number of design variations with respect to these series intended to increase the strength of the motor casings and the load capacity of the internal dynamic components. The result is a series of motors with high continuous power ratings, both because of the reduced internal specific loads and because of the high mechanical and volumetric efficiency that contribute in reducing the amount of heat produced and therefore also the negative effects associated with it.
Radial injection cylinder feed (1) eliminates direct hydraulic axial loading of the motor casing.
Larger cylinder feed channels (1) for reduced power loss with high flows.
Stronger castings (2) and internal reinforcement ribbing: increased casing strength and stiffness for higher internal and external load capacity.
High load capacity bearings (3) for applications requiring high lifetime, high power/pressure, high external loads.
Larger cylinder trunnions (4) for increased strength and stiffness and reduced specific loads.

Dual displacement is achieved by a variation of theshaft eccentric cam.
