Phantom v310 Camera
Vision Research sets a new standard for affordable, high-performance 1 megapixel digital high-speed cameras with the Phantom v310.
Take the wide view with our custom-designed 1280x800 CMOS sensor. The wide aspect ratio of the v310 allows you to keep moving subjects in-frame longer and see more of the event you are recording.
The v310 is controlled by our feature-rich Phantom Software. If you've used any Phantom camera before, you will know how to run the v310.
When you add Vision Research's CineMag and CineStation to your shoot you will be able to capture data at the highest throughput of the camera, down load it rapidly (i.e. 16 GB in approx 16 seconds), and have the camera ready for the next shot. This compares to 16 GB in 15 minutes or longer without the CineMag. Vist the CineMag product page.
The VRI Phantom v310 comes in two base models, either with or without a CineMag interface and comes in either color or monochrome configurations.

Phantom v9.1
As high-speed imaging systems have evolved over time, customers have begged for more speed and higher resolution. It is a real challenge to develop a system that offers both of these qualities. This is a difficult design task, and other critical parameters such as light sensitivity further complicate the issue of developing a fast, truly high resolution imaging system that is compact, user-friendly, and affordable.
One of the latest VRI responses to this speed/resolution challenge is our Phantom® v9.1. This camera supplies high speed recording along with resolution and image quality that would have been considered impossible to achieve just a short time ago.
If you have been looking for film quality images with speeds fast enough to meet you're most demanding requirements, take a serious look at the Phantom® v9.1.

Phantom HD 65 Camera
Our new Phantom digital widescreen cinema cameras aren't just about replacing film or video with some new technology, they're about creating a new way of seeing time.
The Phantom 65 lets you experience control over your shot in ways that you have never experienced in the past. With the Phantom 65, the 65mm cine frame now exists for you to experience in digital format.Exposure time is no longer dependent on the camera's frame rate or limited to a few shutter openings. The Phantom 65 lets you set the exposure time in increments of one microsecond. Apply shortened exposure times to achieve the look of a hard edge street video, or lengthened exposure times until you've captured the indefinable, unmistakable feel of film.
The Phantom 65 arrives with 8 Gigabytes of internal memory standard, 16 Gigabytes as an option. But this is just the start of methods we provide to store your work. Take advantage of the hot-swappable non-volatile solid state recorders -- our Phantom CineMags. These low profile modules mount snugly to the top of the camera body and store 256 or 512 Gigabytes each.
Digital imaging provides for multiple triggering and recording modes that can be tailored specifically for your application. Advanced camera setup and image file downloads using a common GB Ethernet connection are accomplished using a PC and the Phantom software. Image files can easily be converted to TIFF stacks, MOV, or AVI formats using this included software package.

Phantom v5.2
Phantom® v5 series high-speed digital cameras have long been considered the workhorses of the Phantom® line, and our new v5.2 is set to continue this honored tradition.
Unlike the earlier v5's square image format, the v5.2 now offers a wider image window composed of 1152 x 896 pixels, supplying true megapixel full frame resolution. For most subjects this new rectangular aspect ratio will put more active pixels on your subject for higher image resolution.
The v5.2 is available in your choice of color or monochrome models supplying an impressive full-sensor recording speed of 1,000 frames per second, and reduced resolution settings provide rates of up to 148,148 fps.
The features you've come to expect on a Phantom® V-series camera are all there: Extreme Dynamic Range (dual-slope integration within a single frame), Continuously Adjustable Resolution (in 96x8 increments), Automatic Exposure, multi-cine recording, IRIG timing, and more.
The v5.2 is also rugged. The 1.5GB version is built for hi-g applications and does not require active cooling, optional higher capacity memory versions feature active cooling to maintain constant operating temperature and ensure highest picture quality. Plus, The v5.2 comes with a one year service contract bundled at no additional charge (optional extended coverage is also available).
If you are looking for a full featured high-speed digital imaging solution for your organization without breaking the budget, the new Phantom® v5.2 may be just what you have been waiting for.

Phantom HD Camera
This new Phantom is not just a high-speed camera, but an instrument that gives the cinematographer 35mm depth of field either at HD or 2K resolutions! The Phantom HD now combines the visual quality of high-definition imaging with the high frame rates of specialty cameras.
Whether your imaging needs encompass broadcasts of rapidly moving sports events, the production of commercials, a music video, an award-winning documentary, monitoring a rocket launch, or possibly you are an innovative cinematographer working on a special film project that needs "a new look" to tell the story, the flexibility and virtually limitless control of the HD will provide you with outstanding results.
The Phantom HD allows you to select any frame rate from 1 to 1,000 fps in increments of one frame per second at HD resolution. Shift the frame rate a little and move the scene to a slightly future viewpoint. Or shift the frame rate a lot and move the scene to some long passing moment in time. With the Phantom camera's shutter, variable to 1/500,000 second, and radically adjustable framing rates, you have seamless control of the duration, speed and time of a story element.
The HD can be configured for "live" broadcast or studio production and has a continuous video output that includes HD (720p, 1080p, 1080i) standards. Multiple triggering and recording modes can also be tailored to your application.

Now we like to present the new HPV-2 high-speed video camera extending capabilities through new technologies and additional features.
The HPV-2 is a PC-controlled camera. Up to four HPV-2's can be synchronised to obtain three-dimensional images or simultaneous images from four different perspectives.
Shimadzu HPV-2 offers ultra-high speed video recording up to one million frames per second (fps) and maintains the excellent spatial resolution at any recording speed. It comprises a new developed single-chip CCD image sensor (IS-CCD). This sensor allows capturing high-speed images even under (a relatively) weak illumination.
Features
* Up to 1 million frames per second frame rate
* Constant resolution regardless of the frame rate
* Capture up to 100 single frames
* Excellent performance under low illumination
The HPV-2 is suitable for wide-range applications in various fields of science and technology, for example, studies on hydrodynamics, destruction processes, shock wave development, visualizing machining processes as well as fast chemical reactions. In the field of life science, medical research and sport science, HPV-2 will be an important tool too.
Often, conventional high-speed video camera resolution drops down as recording speed is increased. The spatial resolution of the HPV-2 does not deteriorate, even at the highest frame rate. The camera maintains excellent 312 x 260-pixel resolution at all recording speeds permitting detailed analysis of high-speed phenomena.
Easy-to-use, multifunction software
