Pursuing the "easy-to-use" and "easy-to-understand" ergonomic architecture of this new instrument, the achieved result was not only a "palm fitting" design but also a unit with highly hygienic properties. By reducing the number of unnecessary assembly parts such as the grip, we cut down the risks of creating a germ reproductive enviroment.Though our effort to pursue a germ-free unit, it is unavoidable for an instrument to have grooves between each component and shutting completely the way for germs to spread, so we have come up with new concept of making it a completely washable unit. Moreover, it is equipped with the E.L.I. function, which makes the measurement more reliable in bright light area.
PAL-1 : Brix 0.0 - 53.0%
PAL-2 : Brix 45.0 - 93.0%
PAL-3 : Brix 0.0 - 93.0%

This is a precision instrument for determining the solid contens dissolved in liquids, such as sugar, salt, or serum protein in blood and starch. A few drops of the sample is palced on the refractometer prism and the index of the refraction is measured. From this, dissolved solids can be determined in seconds.

The latest generation of Konica Minolta lux meters, the T-10, replaces the globally successful models of the T-1 series. The small, easy-to-use handheld meters are capable of measuring intermittent light sources, can be connected to each other to form multi-point units, and are easily controlled with a PC. They have an extremely large measuring range of 0.01 to 299,000 1x with automatic range switching, and a large, backlight LCD. And all of that with Konica Minolta's renowned high level of precision in a small, compact design.
Areas of application
Konica Minolta lux meters are used whenever brightness and the quantity of ambient light must be measured. Even the measurement of average values and illumination is possible. Examples of their use include the measurement of workplace and street illumination, the production of lamps, as well as architectural, forestry, and agricultural applications. Deployment in hard-to-reach spaces and under water are possible, just as the metering of very large surfaces and projectors (ANSI lumens) by serial connection of several receptor heads. Metered values can also be visualized graphically and even fully automated by using the PC software.

Lapmaster International's SPI Interferometers with grazing incidence are an inexpensive, fast and accurate means for flatness inspection of ground, fine-ground, lapped or polished parts. The flatness reading of a non-reflective ground surfaces (most materials) are clearly displayed as fringe-pattern topography on an accompanying monitor. Eliminate the need for secondary polishing operations when the only purpose is to generate a reflective finish for optical flatness measurement. Whether used directly next to the lapping, fine-grinding, grinding machine or inspection lab, the Lapmaster SPI interferometer is a cost-effective solution for simple flatness qualification requirements. An optional printer provides documentation of the flatness readings. This instrument is an excellent platform for both qualitative (go/no-go) as well as quantitative flatness measurements.

The ESPI system from Steinbichler Optotechnik is an extremely flexible instrument for deformation and vibration analysis. One of its most important features is that the system can be adapted to the customer´s specific demands and applications.
By using the wave character of laserlight, even small deformations can be detected with an accuracy of 0.05 µm. The deformation is measured either one-dimensionally (typ. out-of-plane) or spatially (in- and out-of-plane) with a 3D-unit which is optionally available.
In the vibration analysis, e.g., resonance frequencies and vibration modes of excited parts can be determined fast and precisely. Innovative developments such as the "Free Boundary" and the "Sine Stepping/Universal File" functions significantly improve the handling of the measurement system.

The UP12E family was designed for portability. It is an excellent choice for field service or small beam OEM applications. The low profile stand alone detector measures a few mW to 10 W and to 20 W with its heatsink. Water cooling takes it to 70 W of continuous power. That is great for embedding in machines and immunity from environmental fluctuations. Great performance in a package as little as 14 mm deep!

The XLE4 – eXtreme Low Energy Detector
eXtreme Low Energy measurement: this is what the XLE4 stands for. From nJ’s to mJ’s, the XLE4 offers accurate NIST measurements in all conditions. It is a nice complement to our series of QE energy detectors to read even lower energies.
Low Noise Level
The XLE4 low noise equivalent energy of 30 nJ with an amplifier or 150 nJ with a SOLO sets it apart from the competition. This pyroelectric detector thus extends in the nJ’s the measurement range of QE series joulemeters. Its high sensitivity of 1100 V/J makes it ideal for measurement in noisy laser environments.
kHz Repetition Rate
The metallic coating of the XLE4 makes it an excellent choice for pulsed lasers up to 2000 Hz. It can detect pulses of duration up to 5 µs. Moreover, it can be used with many different types of lasers due to its broad spectral range.

The QPM Family
Gentec-EO’s QPM Series is a fully automatic laser power probe that calculates laser power by measuring temperature dynamics using a microprocessor. Its measurement and acquisition technique determines the time needed to carry out a measurement. Data acquisition is triggered and stopped by detecting set heat parameter thresholds. This technique is virtually error free and allows for multiple measurements without absorber forced cooling.
Power Range
Six models cover the full-scale powers from 500 mW to 10 kW. Their innovative measurement concept cuts the time to measure and display down to ten seconds on all probe models providing:
# Excellent accuracy (± 3 to 4%)
# Repeatability (± 1 to 2%)
# High resolution
