The Radiant Imaging SIG-300 is a Source Imaging Goniometer System used to precisely characterize the near-field output of a light source, and then create a Radiant Source Model from the acquired data. The system consists of a fully automated, computer-controlled goniometer system and a Radiant Imaging PM-1400 or PM-1600 Series Photometer/Colorimeter.
In operation, the host computer varies the orientation of the light source relative to the Photomer/Colorimeter, which captures images and flux measurements from thousands of angular viewpoints around the source. This data is used to create the Radiant Source Model file, which is compatible with our ProSource software. Ray sets generated by ProSource can be imported to any other optical and illumination system design software package. This comprehensive measurement approach delivers significantly more accurate results than the traditional method based on a constructed model.
SIG-300 Benefits
- Turnkey operation for simplicity
- High precision results
- Widely compatible data files
- Provides detailed source analysis useful for R&D

The spot luminance meters LS-100 and LS-110, categorized in the upper range of the DIN quality class B, are among the best hand meters on the market. The SLR (single lens reflex) optical system allows precise targeting and ensures the viewfinder showing the exact area to be measured, even at very short distances. This makes even precise focussing very easy. In addition to the measurement field and the measurement environment, the viewfinder also shows the measured luminance value. The pistol grip makes handling of the unit very secure. We paid special attention to minimize flare and to give precise V(lambda) correlation (CIE relative photopic luminosity curve). With the help of a close-up lens, areas as small as 0.4mm diameter can be measured.
Areas of application
Light sources of all types can be measured with the LS, for example signal, traffic lights, airport lighting, lamps, LEDs, picture tubes, etc., simply anything that emits light. Now you can, for example, guarantee minimum brightness, exchange lamps that are too dark, create quality assurance in the production of lamps, or check indirectly illuminated objects like movie screens.

The CA-210 LCD Color Analyzer is Konica Minolta's "next generation" color analyzer designed to measure color luminance, gamma characteristic and flicker on various types of Flat Panel Displays including LCD and EL. Faster than previous generation analyzers, the CA-210's measurement of luminance and chromaticity at up to 20 times/second makes it ideal in high production environments. (AND it can simultaneously measure up to five points on the screen. ) The CA-210's special optical design limits acceptance angle to within 2.5 degrees, thus eliminating the influence of the LCD's viewing angle dependency. Matrix calibration allows for high measurement of LCD displays that provide colors through additive mixing of three monochrome colors (R,G,B). A new low luminance capability enables measurements as low as 0.1cd/m2

Multi crystals optics
Multi crystal optics (2, 3 or 4 reflections) such as a Channel Cut or Bartels monochromator, decreases the ration λ/λ. However this increase in wavelength selectivity is possible only diminished intensity of X-Ray beam.
These monochromators can be either Germanium or Silicon and of varied orientations including (440, 220, 111).
MF2/4Ge Model
The 4 bounce monochromator has been designed with 2 separate but integrated mechanical mounts which contain the channel-cut crystal. A design feature of this mount is that provision has been made to allow the selection of either 4 or 2 reflections as required.
Applications are mainly those of high resolution reflection measurements or line profile studies.

Description: The EP200 Series monochromators are designed to measure a single wavelength of light in the range of 185925nm. When used with Veritys system controllers and the proper optical input path, the EP200 Series provides robust endpoint detection for production or research applications.
The EP200 Series is used extensively in semiconductor and related thin film applications for endpoint detection in etch, CVD etchback, photoresist stripping and related applications. The EP200Mmd is designed for manual adjustment of wavelengths. The EP200Msd permits computer-controlled spectral scanning through the use of a stepper motor, hardened lead screw assembly and position encoders. These elements allow the scanning monochromator to reposition itself for different wavelengths when a process recipe changes or a new product calls for monitoring a new endpoint emission. Performance of the EP200 Series monochromators is enhanced by its wide spectral range, superior wavelength resolution (up to 0.2nm) and extraordinary dynamic range of the photomultiplier tube (PMT).

The BaySpecs CWDM Series Optical Spectrum Analyzer (OSA) is an embedded, integrated monitor that delivers precise measurement and powerful processing capabilities to coarse wavelength division multiplexing (CWDM) applications compliant with the ITU-T G.695 standard.
Coarse Wave Division Multiplexing (CWDM) combines up to 18 wavelengths onto a single fiber. CWDM technology uses ITU standard 20nm spacing between the wavelengths, from 1310nm to 1610nm. High reliability (GR-1209/1221 qualified) is achieved through a rugged mechanical design with no moving parts. Periodic calibration is not required. Input/Output (I/O) is provided through a dual port RAM interface accessed through ADD/DAT bus direct connection or serial (RS232 or USB) communications.
The CWDM OSA Series employs a highly efficient Volume Phase Grating (VPG) as the spectral dispersion element and an ultra sensitive InGaAs array detector as the detection element, thereby providing high-speed parallel processing and continuous spectrum measurements. As an input, the device uses a tapped signal from the main data transmission link through a single mode fiber, then collimating it with a micro lens. The signal is spectrally dispersed with the VPG, and the diffracted field is focused onto an InGaAs array detector. The control electronics read out the processed digital signal to extract required information. Both the raw data and the processed data are available to the host through the supported interfaces.
