These YAG lenses range in focal length from 20 to 150mm. They consist of either two or three air-spaced glass elements mounted in a metal cell. The lenses all have a 30mm clear aperture but they are recommended for use with beams not exceeding one inch in diameter. Two different designs are used - the 20, 30, 40, and 50mm focal length lenses have three elements, but the 60, 80, 100, and 150mm lenses use simpler two element designs. These lenses are Anti-Reflection coated with a high damage Narrowband Multilayer Anti-Reflection coating optimized to give less than 0.5% reflectance per surface at 1064nm.
These lenses are chromatically corrected so that a HeNe guide beam or a visible range video monitor beam will be in focus at the same position as the YAG beam.
Spot size or beam waist is inversely proportional to the numerical aperture at the effective beam diameter. The spot size given in the table is for a full aperture beam. Let us know your imaging requirements and we will be pleased to advise you on the appropriate lens for your application.
Since these lenses are often used with high power lasers we offer optional protective windows which can be attached to the focusing side of the lens. In the event of inadvertent back reflection of high energy beams into the lens it is likely that the window will absorb the incident energy and shatter preventing further damage to the lens itself. Protective windows are offered uncoated in packages of ten pieces. For optimum performance we advise that the protective windows be Anti-Reflection coated with our A46 V Coat at 1064nm.

Precision Photonics offers superior quality mirrors and coatings at a great value. We use only ion-beam-sputtered (IBS) coatings because IBS coatings are significantly more dense, durable, and rugged than conventional e-beam or ion-assisted evaporated coatings. Compared to other coatings, IBS coatings also offer lower scatter and absorption losses and fewer pin-hole defects in the coated surface. This superior film quality and uniformity results in environmentally stable optics with laser damage thresholds of >40 joules at 1064nm.
The SBB super broadband mirrors are ideal for beam-steering applications using both the fundamental laser wavelength and one or more harmonics within the same beam path. Because it is an all-dielectric design, they can handle the high laser powers of both CW and pulsed systems, without limiting the useful angle of incidence or sensitivity to varying states of polarization.
The MPM mirror has been specially designed for multi-photon applications requiring high reflectivity, broad bandwidth, low dispersion and high transmission in the visible spectrum. All our laser mirrors are ion beam sputtered; thus the coatings are dense, easy to clean and insensitive to moisture.

Optida Co. design and produce various configuration laser optical components like High-Reflection Laser Mirrors. Components could be optimized for any coupling and rezonating wavelengths.
|
|
These laser mirrors are designed for specific wavelength laser applications where low wavefront distortion, low scattering, and high reflectivity are usually important. The reflectance is greater than 99.5% at the specified wavelength. Typically the s-polarization is greater than 99.9% and p-polarization is close to 99.5%.
Possible surface damage from higher power laser beams is minimized by careful polishing and precisely controlled coating methods.
As with the broadband mirrors, standard diameters are 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch, 1 inch and 2 inches. Other diameters are available on request. Other laser wavelengths can also be provided so please call.

CAD-PRO 3D are optimized for laser template projection on curved surfaces.
Working with complex surfaces requires 3D display calculation. CAD-PRO 3D laser projectors are equipped with special hardware, high-speed firmware and 3D software to meet this challenge.
For large area projection, several projectors may be combined. They serve bordering projection areas with flexible overlap. Load balancing distributes the projection according to area and reach of the joined projectors.
Maintenance or defect is no reason for production downtimes: LAP CAD-PRO are small, light-weight and only connected by one cable. Your personnel may change a projector within minutes, helped by the one-screw tilt bracket and scaffolds with lowering mechanism.
|
|
CAD-PRO 2D laser projectors are optimized for projection on flat surfaces.
LAP laser projectors can be equipped with either one or two laser sources. You may select red, green or multicolor (red, green and yellow) projection.
CAD-PRO 2D display templates or outlines from CAD data. Display to correct scale is given by calibration, using targets at previously measured positions.
Large area projection is done with several projectors positioned side by side. Load balancing is included in PRO-SOFT display software.
Step by step workflow may be supported by using structured data files.

ECO-1 stand is the ideal support for all types of barriers of the SB series and for MDG0001 mirrors. It is practical and economical and is anchored to the floor by means of two 10 mm diameter metal anchors (not included). The base is composed of a 15 mm thick burnished iron plate, with holes for the anchors. Each post comes with 4 sliding inserts already positioned in the side splines of the burnished element. The brackets supplied with the fences or mirrors shall be fixed to such inserts. If one of the other splines is to be used (the extruded element comes with one spline per side), simply remove the plastic cover from the post, recover the inserts and insert them where desired.
If the application is particularly demanding from the viewpoint of mechanical stress, an 'L' reinforcement bracket (code: ECO-L) can be fixed between the post and the base. Normal application do not require the reinforcement bracket since the aluminium extruded structure is anchored to the iron base by means of a large screw, which goes approximately 100 mm inside the extruded element and the head of which is hosted inside the base plate.

Beam combiners are partial reflectors that combine two or more wavelengths of light -- one in transmission and one in reflection -- onto a single beam path. Commonly ZnSe, ZnS, or Ge, beam combiners are optimally coated to transmit infrared light and reflect visible light, as in combining infrared CO2 high-power laser beams and HeNe visible diode laser alignment beams.

Pockels cells of PCB series are transverse field devices. Low electro-optical coefficient of BBO results in high operating voltages. The quarter-wave voltage is proportional to the ratio of electrode spacing and crystal length. As a result, smaller aperture devices have lower quarter-wave, however even for 2.5 mm aperture devices the quarter-wave voltage is as high as 4 kV @ 1064 nm. Double crystal design is employed to reduce required voltages and to allow operation in half-wave mode with fast switching times.
