Engineered for both bench top and production floor use, and fully compatible with data from the earlier CA-100 model, the new Minolta CA-100Plus CRT Color Analyzer provides higher speed (maximum 20 times/second), as well as Luminance and Chromaticity measurements with a new low luminance capability to 0.05cd/m2, making it suitable for measurement of gamma characteristic and contrast adjustment. The CA-100Plus is equipped with 100 memory channels. Up to 5 sensing probes can be used for simultaneous multiple point measurement. A USB interface connects the CA-100Plus to a computer, and the NEW Software Development Kit makes it easy to use Visual Basic or Visual C to automate measurement and adjustment factors.

How it Works
Reference and test beams travel the common path through the optical system of the interferometer. Our simultaneous phase-shifting common-path Fizeau interferometer is accomplished using ESDI’s revolutionary HyperPhase™ Module (patents pending). The module uses three sub-pixel aligned cameras, which are monolithically bonded together with the beam splitting and polarization optics into a rugged package smaller than two stacked deck of cards. The result is a rigid camera system similar to high-end 3-Chip color cameras with lifetime alignment. The advantage of using three cameras is that each of the interferograms retains the true resolution of the camera. |

Gloss Meter PICOGLOSS 562 MC
The two-angle gloss meter with the measuring geometries 20°/60° is one of the smallest portable gloss measuring instruments which have ever been designed. The measuring geometries 20°/60° and the automatic change-over of mirror-gloss meet the requirements of the mostly used gloss ranges i. e. high and medium gloss. The PICOGLOSS 562 MC is provided with an automatic calibration as well as extremely long-life LEDs as light sources and a USB interface. The instrument is operated by two round cells the capacity of which is sufficient for at least 10,000 measurements.

Pursuing the "easy-to-use" and "easy-to-understand" ergonomic architecture of this new instrument, the achieved result was not only a "palm fitting" design but also a unit with highly hygienic properties. The compact hand-held polarimeter HP100 for measuring the optical activity of soluble substances. When simultaneously applying the built-in temperature sensor the read-out will show the temperature-compensated results e.g. optical rotation [°], sugar scale [°]Z and concentration [g/100ml].

This is a precision instrument for determining the solid contens dissolved in liquids, such as sugar, salt, or serum protein in blood and starch. A few drops of the sample is palced on the refractometer prism and the index of the refraction is measured. From this, dissolved solids can be determined in seconds.

USBeamProTM
The USBeamPro is a camera-based beam profiling system with USB 2.0 connectivity, operating under Photon's renowned BeamProfiler Software in Windows, which includes Vista. It provides highly accurate measurements of ISO Standard beam profile parameters, including beam diameter, centroid, and power/energy. The USB 2.0 interface offers enhanced ease of use and portability.
The USBeamPro features a 2/3" format CMOS 1280x1024 array with 6.7µm square pixels; for a total beam imaging area of 8.6mmx6.9mm. The camera's small form factor of 54x54x33mm allows ease of placement into typical optical paths.

LED Profiler - Generates high dynamic range light intensity profiles of LEDs.
The LED Profiler uses goniometric methodology to measure true 3-dimensional profiles of optical components with up to 93 dB dynamic range. All measurements are taken with the packaged or bare chip LED inserted directly into the center of the instrument's radial measurement area. The goniometer makes a ±130 degree measurement around the source, with 0.05 degree resolution.
For the third measurement the mounting chuck is automatically rotated around the phi angle. This measurement can comprise from 10 to 200 cuts or 18 to 0.9 degrees per cut. The values reported are:
