The tooling can be used with nearly all tool and press systems. Standardised components are used normally. This allows very rapid individual setting up of punch blocks and dies. The simple and intelligent construction guarantees reliable function of all system components. Due to the variable options of feeding techniques this system is suitable for small-batch and large-series facilities.
The versatility of applications, the profitableness, and the efficiency of the processing method, as well as the multitude of adcantages compared with traditional joining techniques make more and more users all over the world to rely on this unique system.

Clinch studs are inserted through pre-pierced sheets into clinch dies. Initially the hole in the sheet is widened by the calibrating collar. After that, the clinch stud is precentred by means of the calibrating collar. Finally, the sheet material is forced into the annular groove and the Torx locking feature is pressed in. A very high loadcarrying capacity is achieved by means of the patented underhead geometry.
The reduction of production stages and of energy consumption results in considerable cost savings. An additional advantage is the possibility of processing several clinch studs in a single stage.

The screwdriver handle requires little introduction, since anyone who has ever used a tool, is probably familiar with this handle style already. Like many things, however, the screwdriver handle has recently evolved into a more ergonomic and useful design than anything that existed in the past.
Screwdriver Considerations:
A good choice when low to medium torque is required or the blade is smaller than 3/16 inches.
Protects against blade breakage better than any other handle type.
Allows fast insertion and removal.
Allows spinning with the fingertips.
Reaches areas too restricted for operating a T-Handle.
The utility of the screwdriver handle is greatly extended when mated with a ball end tip.
Bondhus® Advantages:
The handle core is molded from durable plastic, and designed to last a lifetime.
The ergonomic design has a comfortable feel in the hand, even after long periods of use.
A slightly cushioned feel helps to prevent fatigue and improve grip.
Handle and blade torque are matched, to prevent breaking the tip.
Bondhus® screwdriver handles, up to 3/16", can generate a screws full recommended seating torque.
The subtle texture covering the handle provides good grip, even when hands are wet or oily.
Bondhus® handles will not roll off an inclined or vibrating surface.

T-Handle Considerations:
The T-Handle is the best selection for applications where maximum torque is needed for insertion/extraction of screws.
Compared to a screwdriver handle, less effort is needed to generate comparable torque.
The T-Handle is capable of producing a flywheel affect for 'spinning' fasteners in or out of low friction materials.
A common misconception is that a shorter blade can generate more torque than a longer blade. In reality, blade length has no affect on torque.
Bondhus® Advantages:
The slight downward angle of the handles is ergonomically superior to a straight T-Handle for comfort and functionality.
Cushioned feel reduces fatigue.
Handle size matches blade torque to prevent over-torqueing.
The mass of a Bondhus® T-Handle enables a flywheel affect, allowing screws to be quickly spun in or out.
Bondhus® T-Handles do not have ball end tips on blades that are smaller than 5/32 inches or 4MM, since a T-Handle could easily over-torque and break these smaller size ball ends.
6", 9", and graduated blade lengths are available.
Bondhus® T-Handles are securely welded to guarantee they will never loosen or slip. Handles that are friction fit, but not welded, eventually begin to wear and loosen. When the wear becomes excessive, the blade falls out of the handle.
Custom lengths are available on special order.

The hydraulic FAG extractors PowerPull SPIDER are used where higher extraction forces are required. The ten extractor sizes have a range of extraction forces from 40 to 400 kN, covering very wide range of possible applications. These devices allow rolling bearings, gears, sleeves and many other shrink fitted parts to be quickly and easily dismounted. In addition, the low mass of the extractors allows for use in any position. If necessary, greater grip depth can be achieved through the use of extra long extraction arms (available as accessories). For protection of operators, the extractors SPIDER40 to 80 have a safety grid. All larger hydraulic extractors are supplied with a transparent, very tough safety cover. The cover can be easily placed around the workpiece or tool and secured using velcro strips.

Hydraulic EasyPull
Quick and effortless bearing dismounting
The hydraulic versions of the EasyPull, TMMA 75H and TMMA 100H,
combine the user friendliness of the mechanical EasyPull with the effortless
force generation provided by integrated hydraulic spindles. The pullers are
protected from overload by safety valves built in their hydraulic spindles.
- Ready-to-use, integrated hydraulic cylinder, pump and puller - thus it is
assembly-free and it is not necessary to purchase separate parts
- Safety valve prevents spindles and pullers from being overloaded if excessive force is applied
- The spring-loaded centre point on the hydraulic spindle allows easy centring of the puller on the shaft without damaging the shaft
- The TMMA 100H has a maximum withdrawal force of 100 kN (11.2 ton US)
and a long stroke of 80 mm (3.1 in), which facilitates most dismounting jobs in just one operation
- For dismounting jobs requiring less force, SKF offers a 75 kN (8.4 ton US) version, the Hydraulic EasyPull TMMA 75H with a maximum stroke of 75 mm (3 in)
- Supplied with extension pieces and one nosepiece
