With the ,Magnum 91‘ JULABO offers a powerful highly dynamic temperature control system for demanding external temperature applications, like e.g. temperature control of reactors up to 50 liters. The advantages are rapid heat-up and cool-down within the working temperature range from –91 to +250°C. The water-cooled unit offers a heating capacity of 6 kW as well as a cooling capacity of 5 kW at +20°C, 4 kW at 40°C, 2.5 kW at –60°C and 0.6 kW at –80°C. The circulation pump is electronically adjustable and reaches a flow rate of 24 to 35 l/min resp. a pressure of 0.8 to 2.2 bar. With the intelligent ICC cascade temperature control rapid results with high precision are reached. The temperature stability is between +/-0.05 and +/-0.2°C. Further features are an RS232/RS485 interface, a connection for external Pt100 sensor and an early warning system for temperature limit values.

JULABO High Temperature Circulators can be used for temperature applications up to +400 °C. The units provide powerful heating capacities for shortest heat-up times and rapid compensation of exothermic and endothermic reactions. The closed construction prevents oil fumes even at high temperatures. The units provide automatic heat-up and cracking protection to ensure long life-time of the bath fluid. LAUDA Integral XT - Process thermostats for thermostating in an extremely wide temperature range from -90 up to 300 °C. With their high heating, cooling and pump capacities, LAUDA Integral XT process thermostats create a new thermostating dimension in process engineering. Winders
RODOLFO COMERIO winders are installed in the calendering lines or at the end of converting and trimming lines of any type of material, and guarantee the utmost adjustement precision with perfect operation. They can reach speeds up to 300 m/min, bobbins up to 1500 mm diameter and widths of 4500 mm. Some of the models can then wind the upper side of the film either inside or outside of the bobbin and finally, with intermediate multiple cuts, up to 3 bobbins on the same axis. The automatic cut of the film is available both as "guillotine" version, and as "knife" version. The maximum tension accuracy on the sheet to be wound at high speed is guaranteed by a computerized system for shafts drive motor control. Different types of shafts can be installed on RODOLFO COMERIO winders, suitable for any type of material to be wound.

Filament winding is a process for fabricating composite materials in which continuous fibers, either previously impregnated with a matrix material or impregnated during winding, are wound onto a rotating mandrel in a precise, predetermined pattern. Penguin Wirewinder Model: PBW1200
PBW1200 is a precision parallel winder designed to ensure highest quality in winding bobbins for use in braiding machines. The standard machine is provided with twelve stations with conventional mechanical brake type let-off. The machine uses a traversing beak mechanism with compensator rather than the conventional traversing bobbin design. The band of wire is wrapped around the precision godet wheel. This ensures uniform wire lengths and yields catenary test results which are consistent and surpass than its conventional machines.
The traversing beak and compensator are operated by precision lead screws. The entire traverse mechanism is enclosed. Almost instant reversals of the carriage is made possible by the servo traverse assembly and driven by servo motor. The pitch can be precisely adjusted and maintained by this arrangement. The unevenness of winding near the flanges is completely eliminated due to this digitally controlled traverse. The operator can adjust the traverse and reversal points on-the-fly through push buttons. Smooth winding and precision stopping at set points are possible through digital drives to the spindle and microprocessor based length counter.
