The cutting tools have blades made of high tensile steel. The cutting edges are designed to make the cut surface as smooth and straight as possible, with the minimum force. We have two functional cutting and stripping tools, the SCT001 (0.5-6 mm²) and the Embla (0.02-16 mm²). For stripping the insulation from power cables there is the Tor stripping tool (ø 4.5-40 mm). The Oden stripping tool (ø 4.5-40 mm) is used among other things for signal, telephone and computer cabling.

SP-01P Squeeze-Eze™ Power Pack
This tool can develop 575 lbs. of force @ 80 psi and is designed to be used
with the jaw sets listed below. The tool is small (51/2” long x 1 1/2”
diameter), lightweight (11 oz) and can be operated at air pressures of 60-
100 psi. A built in adjusting screw controls the opening of the jaw.
All power packs sold less jaws. Order jaws separate.
A foot operated model is available (SP-01PF) which includes two (2) 5 foot
air hoses and hex keys. Optional WS-2000 work station, A-202 bench
stand and 105 four way footswitch are available.

This inexpensive and rugged machine can be bolted to any solid surface. The fully welded construction ensures that it will give years of maintenance-free service. It is simple and quick to use and has all the necessary features to ensure accurate repeatability.
The bender features an eccentric quick-clamping block which locks the copper bar in place. An extension bar provides the leverage to bend the copper round a 10mm radius former. An adjustable stop can be positioned to limit the bending angle and an adjustable length stop can be set to ensure that the bend is at the correct distance from the end of the bar.

Your Choice
There are currently seven basic styles of CERTI-CRIMP Hand Tools. The choice depends on the product being applied and/or your preferred method of application. For example, open barrel contacts typically require straight-action die movement to minimize possible rotation during crimping. Or, if your application requires crimping different sizes of terminals, you may prefer using a single tool with a combination of crimping nests, rather than two or three separate tools. Other options include insulation crimp adjustment for different insulation thicknesses, a locator for properly positioning and supporting the terminal or contact in the tool, a wire stop, and color coding and/or wire size information on the head of the tool or on the handles.
Ratchet Control
All CERTI-CRIMP Hand Tools feature the reliable ratchet control. The ratchet will not release until the handles are fully closed and the dies bottomed. This helps eliminate partial crimps.
