LEFON Heavy Duty Pipe Cutting and Beveling Machine is portable, designed to use in both workshop and on-site. The PC125 portable crimper with its open design, removable pusher and easy to use, spring loaded die set, is designed for higher production volume and repetitive use. Crimp diameter is set and controlled with an easy to read micrometer. The PC125 is packaged for shop service and includes the crimper and 1 HP, 110V electric pump on a common base, compression ring, pressure plate, magnetized die ring pusher, stop/start remote pendant switch, metric micrometer, adjustable coupling stop and adjustable retraction stop.

The SML-F has been designed for the larger panel-builder producing floor-standing control panels which require quantities of round and square holes in proprietary, pre-painted enclosures. By using a foot pump, there is less operator fatigue and both hands are free to position the punch.
It uses standard SML 3-point industrial duty punches made from tool steel, hardened and ground. The design of the 3-point punch guarantees that the blank is easily removable from the die. Square and rectangular punches are machined from single blocks of high grade tool steel to give maximum strength and dimensional accuracy.
The foot pump has a smooth and powerful action. Pressure release is by means of a toe operated side lever to avoid bending down.
This is a 2-speed pump for rapid operation with automatic pressure limiting for safety.
An 11mm pilot hole is required for punches up to 26mm diameter. For hole sizes above this, a 20.5mm pilot hole is needed and this can be made using a standard 20.5mm punch and die.
The method of operation is exactly the same as for the SML-H.
A plastic carrying case is available as an optional extra.

KBM® beveling machines are designed for one man operation. They are mounted on a spring loaded undercarriages incorporating alignment mechanisms which automatically compensate for uneven work surfaces. Gullco KBM® beveling machines self-propel during the beveling operation and continuously bevels plates of any length. The KBM-18 beveling machine can be secured to a bench for stationary operation.
All Gullco portable plate edge bevelers use a rotary shear cutting action to produce clean machined bevels with no thermal distortion. KBM beveling machines are available in four models; KBM-18 & KBM-18U Beveller, KBM-28 & KBM-28U Heavy Duty Beveller. The "U" model is for underside of plate bevelling applications.

SERCO PORTABLE MACHINING UNITS
The SERCO units are positioned and locked by means of a column/arm system clamped on the outer part of the surface to be machined (allowing internal machining). Machine set up is fast and easy. The V-Lap F6 is standard equipped with a range of grinding and centre plates for grinding and lapping any type and size of ‘flat’ seat up to 6” / DN150 mm. The centre plate keeps the grinding plate in position, but also gives an eccentric rotation ensuring constant and complete coverage and absolute flatness.
Abrasives
The V-Lap F6 is completed with a large consumer quantity of polyester based, self-adhesive Aluminum Oxide round foil tips in grains rough, middle and fine. The foil tips can be used dry and on all common seat materials.
Drive machine
The V-Lap F6 is standard equipped with a battery drive machine and is delivered with 2 battery’s. The low weight and good balance of the machine increases the grinding performance and makes it easier to attain high quality flat ‘results’.
The complete set is packed in a robust, but light weight carrying case.

The BM-20 is a new generation, easy to use, portable, heavy duty machine designed for beveling steel plates and pipes prior to welding. This bevelling machine is fitted with two milling heads each holding six inserts, allowing smooth operation and exceptional efficiency. One set of inserts can last for up to 2000 meters of bevelled steel edge and allows to work with an output around 1.5 meters/minute (depending on the amount of the metal being removed).The BM-20 incorporates many safety features. For pressure testing and stopping all pipework from 50mm (2") upwards.
To complete the Pipestoppers™ range of nylon and aluminium expanding plugs, we offer all sizes of steel expanding plugs.
These are provided in sizes from 2", for more arduous duties such as long immersion in water and higher temperature.
The plugs are merely inserted into the pipe and the wings tightened to force the top and bottom plates together, thereby expanding the rubber ring to seal tightly in the pipe.
They are manufactured with 0.5", 1" and 2" outlets.
The standard seals are made from natural rubber and special rubber seals are available for chemical applications, where greater resistance is required.
All plugs conform to British Standards BS 8005 for low pressure testing and sealing of pipes.
