The system with dipping in tanks with ultrasound generators is suitable for precision cleaning of various components when there are no particularly critical recesses (long and narrow channels, threaded holes, cavities with difficult access).
The components are placed in baskets and dipped in the various stages of treatment. Washing with dipping in the stages with ultrasounds combines the two cleaning actions: the degreasing chemical action of the chemical bath and the mechanical action of the ultrasonic wave.
This treatment is shown to be particularly useful in the case of particularly stubborn pollutants such as residue from polishing, lapping etc. In order to improve the cleaning action, the baskets are sometimes rotated in the tanks. The system can be developed in line or with loading and unloading in the same position. It is possible to programme different cycles in the same system according to the components to be treated.

Ultrasonic cleaning systems base their running on the cavitation. This phenomenon, added to the chemical action of a proper detergent, permits to obtain high standard of cleaning of the components. These kinds of systems are usually made up of a series of tanks placed side by side; every tank has a specific function. The number and the typology of the tanks depend on the kind of dirty, on the material and on the level of cleaning you desire. In addiction to the high quality, the advantage of the ultrasonic cleaning is that this system permits to treat the components in every part, even if they show a complex geometry. The transport system of the components might be automatic or manual. Of couse, the ultrasounds assembled are "Genus XC" with extracavity transducers.

Automated- 4 Stage System
General:
This ultrasonic cleaning system is designed as a precision ultrasonic cleaning system. The system provides for a three stage cleaning process & a hot air dryer. The system utilizes a detergent in the wash station. The second and third stages are a immersion rinse with ultrasonics and an immersion rinse tank with counter flow from tank 3 to 2. The forth stage is a separate hot air dryer console. Parts are transported manually or automatically through the wash, rinse and dry process. Process will accommodate up to 35 baskets per 8 hour shift.
System Layout:
The equipment is stainless steel exterior frame with all stainless steel tanks and a stainless steel countertop. The ultrasonic generators are located within the frame. Access to the console interior is via sliding polypropylene doors on the front of the console. All the controls are located so they can be accessed from the front of the console. Includes load and unload stations. Load station angled for ease of draining.
Dimensions:
The wash console, stainless steel console with overall dimensions of approximately 70" (L to R), 27" (F to B), and 38" High.
The dryer console, stainless steel console with overall dimensions of 48" (L to R), 27" (F to B), and 38" High. Reference drawing 15C552

Ultrasonic cleaning is a result of high frequency sound waves introduced into a cleaning liquid by means of a series of "transducers" mounted to the cleaning tank. The sound travels throughout the tank and creates waves of compression and expansion in the liquid. In the compression wave, the molecules of the cleaning liquid are tightly compressed together. Conversely, in the expansion wave, the molecules are rapidly pulled apart. The expansion is so dramatic that the molecules are ripped apart, creating microscopic bubbles.
The bubbles are not seen by the naked eye since they are so small and exist for only a split second of time. The bubbles contain a partial vacuum while they exist. As the pressure around the bubbles becomes greater, the fluid around the bubble rushes in, collapsing the bubble very rapidly. This violent collapse, combined with the liquid jets' velocity, provides a very intense cleaning/scrubbing action in a small area. This scrubbing action exists throughout the cleaning bath. When utilizing detergents designed for aspecific application, a synergistic cleaning action is produced.

The Finnsonic m-Range offers you the right tools for precision cleaning.
- laboratories, optical and pharmaceutical industries, dentists, hospitals
- graphics and jewellery industry
- precision mechanics, hydraulics, vehicle repair
- electronics and food industry
Use the ultrasonic cleaner effectively!
Even the smallest ultrasonic tank has a good washing effect. The liquid volume in the tank should be at least three times the weight of the work pieces.
Detergent reduces surface tension in water thus intensifying ultrasonic cavitation. Detergent also dissolves and binds in liquid the dirt which has been loosened by ultrasonics. Only a few per cent of detergent is needed.
Heating the wash liquid intensifies the cleaning process significantly.
Ultrasonic cleaning is fast. Typical cleaning times vary from 30 s to 5 min.

ULTRASONIC CLEANING BATHS
Pulsatron KC and MKC ultrasonic baths provide safe, fast and effective cleaning in a fraction of the time required by hand cleaning. Lightly soiled items such as jewellery may take only seconds, while medium soil is normally removed in two minutes or so.
Items benefiting include jewellery, clock and watch parts, optical lenses and frames, dental and surgical instruments, printed circuit boards, and manufactured parts in production or maintenance.
KC baths have a simple on/off switch for the ultrasonics.
Microprocessor controlled MKC baths, available in capacities of
6, 14 and 22 litres (approx), allow the user to pre-set exact cleaning times (up to 99.9 mins) and temperatures (from 20 to 80°C), thus ensuring the same high level of cleanliness every time.

The washing to immersion in bathtubs with ultrasounds is indicated for the cleansing of precision of manufatti several having conformations with sockets raggiungibili (sottosquadra and difficultly box-shielded).
The manufatti ones come transported in the respective bathtubs to immersion and cleaned up based on the several cycles of treatment demands.
The washing with ultrasounds is better since to the chemical action taking the grease out of of I bathe chemical joins the mechanical action of the ultrasound wave.
Such treatment in the event reveals many efficient of fat people and particularly resistant polluting substances.
