JRI's TL line of equipment are perfect for cellular washing or for those installations that need a highly value added cleaning process in a small space. Expandable from a 21" turntable to 72" turntable as standard models, JRI will have the system that will fit your application.
Available standard with vertical sealess pumps, mechanical door seals, sprocket drive system, (as opposed to weak tire or chain drive systems) and industrial electrical controls. These systems can include stainless steel construction options, rinse stages, and blow-off stages.
Choose from our standard configuration or request information on our custom units. As a custom application, these diverse machines can be designed with a turntable as large as needed and weight capacities to match. We can even index the turntable for robotic load and unload.

The Atlantis is a washing cabin for the washing and drying of bins, drums and pallets.

Macofar washing machines WM 8400
The Macofar Washing machine WM 8000 series can work with up to four different fluids (pre-washing through untrasonic bath, demi-water or recycled water, distilled water or water for injection). Siliconization of the containers (vials, ampoules, ...) at the end of the cycle is also available on request.
The WM 8400/16 has a max. output of 24.000 vials per hour with a max. container diameter of 25,4 mm. The WM 8400/8 offers a max. output of 12.000 vials per hour, but a container diameter up to 52 mm.
All the water tanks can be located inside the machine frame. All pumps, filters, piping, mechanical components are located at the back of the machine, accessible through transparent guards.

Tunnel machine is considered the most traditional of washing/chemical treatment systems and is suitable for the cleaning and chemical treatment in general of details with simple shapes.
These machines are often used in the production lines of mechanical, automotive and aerospace companies for inter-process cleaning or for precision cleaning before assembling. Due to their own flexibility, tunnel equipments can be used for big and small productions.
Designed exclusively for water based spry cleaning, the treatment effect is based on the chemical, mechanical and termical action in order to insure good cleaning results.
The working principle is based on a linear movement of the parts through many phases of the treatment by continuous movement or by positioned stops in front of sprying jets for precision cleaning. During this movement the parts are involved by heated cleaning solution in high pressure.
