X-Lock
Axelent’s X-Lock is a new version of our old MasterLock with a new, better design and function. X-Lock is a versatile door lock system that suits all our accident prevention series.
Using X-Lock, you can transform any accident prevention panel into a door with a secure locking function. X-Lock has a mechanical bolt that holds hinged and sliding doors closed. The lock is designed so that it requires conscious action to open and close the door from the outside. From the inside X-Lock can not be closed, but it is always possible to open.
To prevent the machine from being started accidentally, there is a plate with three holes on the side of the X-Lock where you can secure a padlock when the door is opened. This ensures the highest safety during safety work, etc. For X-Lock, EN ISO 12100 chapter 5.5.3. is applicable.
You can use all the Axelent standard switches and keys with the X-Lock. There is a special version of the X-Lock for use with the Euchner Tz-1 switch with push button.

VISIPORT represents an excellent investment: At full functionality and with superior design, it has the lowest total costs (up to 50% lower) for an electrically driven rotating window.
No hole has to be drilled in the machine cabin. The unit is either fastened on the bonded mounting plate or bonded directly to the window. When the mounting plate is used fast replacement of the VISIPORT unit is possible.
Subsequent installation is also simple and fast. Low space requirements enable it to be used for most window configurations on new and also older machines, a through-hole installation is also possible.

MasterGuard
MasterGuard is an accident prevention mesh wall that is in a class of its own in terms of quality, safety and design. The entire system has been designed to create as safe a workplace as possible, even in the toughest environments. The basic element is a closely spaced mesh where we, in the latest version, have further increased safety by reducing the holes in the mesh to cc 51 x 21 mm. The required safety distance is 120 mm, which facilitates assembly in close proximity to moving parts, something that also saves expensive production areas.
MasterGuard is available in height 2200 mm and can be combined with all our other accident prevention systems, even with plastic and sheet metal walls. MasterGuard is available in several different standard sizes and is delivered wrapped on special pallets directly from our stores in Hillerstorp, Sweden.

EasyGuard+
EasyGuard+ is the right choice when you are looking for a cost effective system that is easy to assemble.
This system is compatible with Axelent’s other guarding and storage ranges. The standard doors for EasyGuard+ are sliding door with maximum width 1400 and 2900 mm, hinge door and double hinge door. These can be used with X-Lock or Snap lock. Remaining FlexiGuard doors can be used together with EasyGuard+. In these cases you have to use 50x50 mm posts at the sides of the door, together with FlexiGuard door section (20x30 mm frame).
EasyGuard+ offers easier assembly of the foot, compared to other systems. When assembling, three different posts can be used (300, 1200 or 2300 mm), these will be mounted behind the panels. You can achieve a cheaper solution by mixing high and low posts. It is not recommended only to use the low posts (300 mm).
