Granulation Dryers

ALLGAIER fluidised-bed driers can be used advantageously for the treatment of many mineral substances, such as sand, limestone and ceramics, and also for pastes, sludges, filter cakes and mineral fertilizers.

From Lab to Production
A range range of large scale freeze dryers to suit your needs is available, from development and pilot scale bulk tray and vial dryers to full size production systems.
Hull and VirTis Benchmark systems provide large scale production and pilot batch production for Pharmaceutical applications. Systems are available with CiP, SiP and 21 CFR part 11 compliant software.
VirTis range of freeze driers extends downwards from pilot scale to laboratory sytems with all sizes in between. A range of options, shelf numbers, and software is available.
VirTis offers a versatile range of laboratory freeze dryers, from the basic bench top model to a high performance combined bench top shelf and flask dryer.
Benck Top K series are standard flask dryers, some models have the option to add shelves containing a small number of vials. Manual stoppering is available with these models.
The Advantage and Advantage Plus are shelf driers, with optional stoppering, which also provide four valves to accomdate flasks, enabling excellent use of bench space. The Advantage Plus has fluid cooled shelves which brings production scale capabilites to the lab bench for the first time! |
