The VFT 60/90 is an explosion-proof drying oven of drying. The apparatus is heated with electricity its principle rests on the principle of the forced fresh air. From reduced dimensions of its obstruction outside, it not only is very well adapted for the production, but also for work of laboratory. The advantages the such almost unlimited capacity of combustible material filling and, the aptitude for solvents of the classes of temperature T1, T2, T3, T4 belonging to the groups of explosion IIA and IIB as well as the remarkable homogeneity of the temperature in all useful volume represent some points among others which make it interesting.

Designed For Your Application - Three configurations are available to suit your specific temperature and cycle time requirements. Operating Temperatures to 320° C equate to shortened cycle times which result in higher throughput, higher production rates and lower overall cost; allowing you to use a smaller oven for a given level of production. In addition, the internal air supply panels distribute heat very evenly, resulting in dense loading capabilities and a high capacity per square foot of floor space.
Cycle times can be as short as 1 1/2 hours when equipped with Ultra Performance Filters and 2 1/2 hours when equipped with High Performance Filters. A unique mounting system for the HEPA filters reduces particulate concentrations and stress from thermal expansion and contraction. Despatch guarantees ISO Class 5 condition for all oven configurations throughout the cycle.
Optional touchscreen controls with an Allen Bradley PLC are powerful, yet easy to use. The system collects data for process validation, monitors operations relative to control limits, and communicates with external data processing equipment.
Thorough IQ, OQ and SQ validation packages minimize the time and effort required for installation, start-up and validation (available as an option.)

New OPAL range of laboratory autoclaves
This entry-level, four option range starts with a 35L Bench-top model and includes 55L and 95L top loading models. A 125L Bench-top model with optional mounting stand completes the range.
They have been specifically designed to perform everyday laboratory autoclaving functions such as growth media preparation and laboratory waste sterilisation. It is intended to enable laboratories, with a more basic need, to perform these operations within their own laboratory to specific requirements, without unnecessary expenditure on additional functions and control systems often fitted as standard on today's autoclaves, for more exacting procedures.
All autoclaves in the range feature automatic free steaming and a thermal safety lock and are managed by a slimmed down version of Priorclave's tried and tested TACTROL microprocessor control system. They will operate up to 138oC - 2.4 Bar.
The models are based around Priorclave's existing product range and so are fully compliant and CE marked in accordance with the European Pressure Equipment Directive (97/23/EC) and other relevant directives and standards. |

The OMVE HT220 laboratory pasteuriser
OMVE introduces the next generation of Heat Treatment Systems on miniature scale suitable for R&D, QA and pilot plant applications within the different industries.
The compact laboratory pasteuriser enables you to execute a trial with even less than 1 litre. This reduces the required amount of ingredients, preparation time, start-up time and processing time. Moreover, the HT220 pasteuriser allows you to conduct more trials on a day, improving your R&D productivity.
The HT220 laboratory pasteuriser is designed to give the operator maximum flexibility in processing various products. The flow rate is variable between 10 l/hr and 120 l/hr and the temperature can be set between ambient and 150 ºC.
Different heat treatment methods are available. Tube in tube, plate heat exchangers and steam injection can be installed on the same service unit together with a wide range of standard optional accessories. For optimising pilot or industrial process simulations, OMVE supplies customer specific modifications.
The HT220 pasteuriser can be seamlessly integrated with our inline homogeniser (HP-range), inline deaerator (DEA-range), buffer tanks (MPV-range) and (aseptic) filling benches (FS-range). |

DOUBLE-DOOR, PASS-THROUGH LABORATORY AUTOCLAVES – RECTANGULAR SECTION (380/415V, 21, 31.5 or 42kW)
Where a clean room or containment suite is being installed it is often an advantage to install a through-wall autoclave to ensure containment. Priorclave manufacture Pass-through autoclaves with rectangular section chambers in 400 to 100 litre capacities. Double Door Priorclaves have interlocks to prevent both doors being open at the same time as this would breach the integrity of the site. They also have an interlock to prevent the door at the unloading end from being opened until the sterilisation cycle has been successfully completed and the load is safe to pass into the unloading end.
Pass-through Priorclaves include all the features of the Rectangular Section Range.
Priorclave are pleased to offer our uniquely comprehensive design and advisory service to help you to correctly specify and design and autoclave to suit your particular requirements.
Each site is different with the requirement for doors to be hinged to swing in different directions and with the location of the required services. Final manufacture therefore requires full details of the proposed location and operation routines. This can be achieved by a site survey by one of our representatives or by the supply of detailed drawings.
