Microwave heating and drying cabinet,
type VHM HEPHAISTOS
The newly developed microwave system, VHM HEPHAISTOS, is an internationally patented system and characterised by a very high field homogeneity.
The high field homogeneity allows for the manufacture of high-quality CFC aircraft structures, for instance.
Advantages:
Reduction of production costs due to shorter heating, process and cooling times compared to conventional methods. Use of metal parts (e.g. metal tools and charging systems) possible in the microwave field
Specific volumetric heating of products; the furnace chamber itself is not heated
Sizes from laboratory up to large scale (e.g. aircraft industry) are available (working chamber volume of the shown systems 750 and 4200 ltr); other sizes upon request
Broad spectrum of use

DOUBLE-DOOR, PASS-THROUGH LABORATORY AUTOCLAVES – CIRCULAR SECTION (380/415V, 10.5kW)
Where a clean room or containment suite is being installed it is often an advantage to install a through-wall autoclave to ensure containment. Priorclave manufacture Pass-through autoclaves with circular chambers in 150L and 200L capacities. Double Door Priorclaves have interlocks to prevent both doors being open at the same time as this would breach the integrity of the site. They also have an interlock to prevent the door at the unloading end from being opened until the sterilisation cycle has been successfully completed and the load is safe to pass into the unloading end.
Pass-through Priorclaves include all the features of the Front Loading Range.
Priorclave are pleased to offer our uniquely comprehensive design and advisory service to help you to correctly specify and design and autoclave to suit your particular requirements.
Each site is different with the requirement for doors to be hinged to swing in different directions and with the location of the required services. Final manufacture therefore requires full details of the proposed location and operation routines. This can be achieved by a site survey by one of our representatives or by the supply of detailed drawings.

The OMVE HT320 can be fitted with different heat treatment systems and has a very low hold-up volume. The entire system is operated by a central PLC. The UHT system is supplied with a nominal capacity of 50 l/hr or 100 l/hr at 145°C.
Unlike other systems on the market, the OMVE UHT pilot systems are based on modules that can be configured to customer specifications. All processes can be performed aseptically. |

The PCO2-14™ Polyimide Cure solution is a clean process oven designed for polyimide baking and curing applications. Many semiconductor manufacturing environments, front-end machines are adapted for polyimide curing. This costly process results in equipment typically not suitable for polyimide curing in terms of cleanliness, inert atmosphere capabilities, cycle time or data acquisition.
The PCO2-14™ optimizes the polyimide cure process for semiconductor wafer devices. It enables short cycle times and a consistent, reproducible cure process for all wafers in the product load by combining four essential characteristics in a single, compact design: clean process operation (Class 100 recirculated airflow), inert atmosphere capabilities (<20 ppm of oxygen), temperatures up to 350°C, and fast cycle times with +/- 1% temperature uniformity.
Like other Despatch thermal processing tools, the PCO2-14™ Polyimide Cure can be networked and controlled from a central location, minimizing the floor space required and further improving productivity. Atmosphere data can also be monitored and recorded throughout the cycle. |

Beside the precise pressure of the solder paste and the exact Pick and Place, the soldering constitutes the most sensitive and most important process at the development of a PCB. Here the producing batch size certainly plays as well a decisive role, as the underlied technology (general components, FinePitch-, Ultra-Fine-Pitch-, BGA- or even special components).
In line with the broad spectrum of our different Print and Dispensing systems and the different possibilities to Pick and Place we also offer two systems for SMD-soldering.
This is on the one hand the smaller convection oven 538 DF (table-top) and on the other hand the standard device 548 DF for higher quantities. In general this is used in lines with machines.

LCC/LCD Stackable Clean Process Oven
Despatch's LCC and LCD Stackable Clean Process Ovens have a stainless steel interior and exterior, rugged, programmable process controls and provide a variety of tailored options for your specific needs. For production environment processes where minimal contamination is essential, the LCC and LCD Series ovens offer the highest standards in HEPA filtration. Re-circulated airflow is 100% HEPA filtered for operation at ISO Class 5 (Class 100) or better within the oven chamber. Typical applications for these ovens include die-bond curing and other semiconductor packaging processes, depyrogenation, sterilization and drying for life sciences. The ovens are SEMI S2 and CE compliant for universal acceptance and configured for 220/240 volts and 50/60 hz.
These units are stackable to save valuable floor space. The recirculation motor is mounted at the rear of the oven, providing convenient access and allowing up to three ovens to be stacked on top of one another.
It is available in two different atmosphere configurations:
Air Atmosphere - A forced exhaust fan is included on the air temperature unit for rapid cooling.
Inert Atmosphere - Allows nitrogen (or other inert gas) to be injected into the chamber to lower the oxygen level to prevent oxidation of products. A water cooling coil is provided for rapid cooling. Control of nitrogen flow and water cooling is programmable through the Protocol Plus™ controller. |
|
The Despatch barrier-ready Depyrogenation Tunnel is a Class 100, integrated, continuous system that uses heated airflow in the depyrogenation of pharmaceutical glassware.
Five Patented Features:
Cool zone self-sterilization: The tunnel can be programmed to automatically sterilize the cool zone when the tunnel is not in use. Dry heat provides more complete sterilization.
Hermetically sealing, self-sterilizing exit gate: An automatic gate hermetically seals the tunnel exit when it is not in use.
Unique conveying: The upturned edges of the conveyor move with the glassware to keep them tightly packed, with minimal friction. This reduces breakage, scratching and the number of airborne particles.
Dynamic pressure balance: A fully automated pressure system adapts to fill room/ barrier isolator pressures ranging from 0.05 to 0.50 inches of water column. The system stays in balance despite changing pressures in the surrounding areas. No manual damper adjustments are required.
Linear cooling of the vials: As vials move from the hot zone to the cool zone, they are subjected to significant thermal stress, which could cause cracking or implosion. Despatch's near linear cooling process reduces temperatures as quickly as possible, with reduced stress. |
