Microbiological incubators with forced convection
BINDER BF series:
Premium equipment for all gentle incubation applications, including processing large numbers of samples at high throughput. Outstanding dynamics keep the required temperature virtually stable with homogenous distribution, irrespective of how many times the door is opened.
|
|
Our I incubators are ideal for all applications with temperatures up to 70 °C - specifically for incubating living cultures at 37 °C. Thanks to the finely-tuned control technology, critical temperature overshoots are completely ruled out, a valuable load is therefore warmed up particularly carefully. To minimise the danger of samples drying out we have designed our heating concept so that an optimum temperature uniformity in the working chamber can also be achieved without forced air circulation, just using natural convection. Your decision criteria: 7 model sizes (32l to 749l); 3 performance classes Basic/Excellent/Perfect; Double doors (interior glass, exterior stainless steel) for a clear view without a drop in temperature.

The high temperatures in the oilbath demand a finely-tuned temperature control as well as multiple overtemperature protection. Apart from the electronic adjustable overtemperature controller, a wide range of visual and acoustic signals (for example if the filling level is too low, for overtemperature, but also for input acknowledgement or the end of the programme) ensure smooth-running test procedures. Choose from: 6 model sizes (7l to 45l); A extensive range of optional accessories, e.g. flat or gable lid, reversible shelf, test tube racks; State-of-the-art control technology of the Excellent performance class for all models.
The superior heating concept of the Memmert ovens is also to be found in the oilbaths. Protected from fluids, but still close to the load, the heating lies under deep drawn and easy to clean ribs. Through the positioning of the heating elements in the floor and side walls, a natural mixing of the tempering fluid arises, providing better temperature uniformity in the bath.

Anton Paar now offers a new instrument for microwave-assisted organic synthesis. The new Synthos 3000 is specially designed for the production of chemical compounds in the multigram range.
Two powerful magnetrons (1400 W) generate a homogeneous microwave field and allow the rapid heating of sample volumes up to 1 liter. Microwave protocols which have been optimized on a small scale can therefore be reproduced easily on a larger scale. Direct scalability and excellent reproducibility are ensured for a wide range of reactions.
The reliable reaction vessels can be used at temperatures up to 300 °C and pressures up to 80 bar. Synthos 3000 therefore opens new dimensions for organic synthesis. Rotor systems for 8 and 16 vessels enable parallel syntheses and increased sample throughput. Precise temperature and pressure measurement guarantees optimal and safe reaction progress. Practical accessories simplify special applications such as solid phase synthesis or the use of gaseous reaction partners in the microwave field.
Instrument safety is the number one priority at Anton Paar. For this reason, Synthos 3000 is equipped with numerous safety features which reduce the risks of the consequences of using large amounts of chemicals in the microwave field. |
|
The modular platform system = more versatility => The Multiwave 3000 is an advanced platform system suitable for sample preparation applications such as digestion, extraction, evaporation or drying of sample materials. The reaction vessels, rotors and accessories can be adapted to meet individual requirements.
Safety and speed without compromise => The 1400 W unpulsed microwave power from two magnetrons and advanced sensor technology ensure fast and homogeneous heating, perfect reaction control and an overall increased service life of the components. The proven safety system includes active and passive devices which minimize the hazards from violent reactions.
Looking to improve sample throughput?
Easy handling of vessels and sensors and the patented vessel cooling means a drastically reduced cycle time. There is no external cooling required and no handling of hot pressure vessels. The short cool-down times ensure high sample throughput, increasing efficiency in your lab.
