CTF models
Maximum operating temperature of 1200°C
Tube diameters of 65, 75 and 100mm
Heated lengths of 550, 700 & 900mm
These models utilise a resistance wire heating element wound around a ceramic worktube, forming an integral part of the heating element to ensure excellent thermal uniformity
Rapid heat up to operating temperature
Can be adapted to allow a non-oxidising atmosphere or vacuum, by fitting an additional worktube and end seals
The thermocouple is located in a protected position between the outside of the worktube and heating element, allowing the full worktube diameter to be used
Normally built on the horizontal base pictured left, this furnace range can optionally be mounted vertically with a separate control box
Applications in materials research include testing of novel materials under strict temperature and varying atmosphere conditions
Applications in the electronics industry include testing electronic components and semiconductor materials under inert atmospheres or vacuum
Applications in instrumentation include testing of temperature sensors such as thermocouples and PT100's, which may require enhanced thermal uniformity |

LAUDA Aqualine - the universal water baths for the laboratory up to 95 °C.
The LAUDA Aqualine is the start of the thermostating chain for research and industrial purposes, and offers an economical introduction into the world of thermostating. Easy operation via the digital LED display enables fast start-up without the need for complicated settings.
Typical applications: the preparation of cytobiological or medical samples for analysis, pre-thermostating of environmental samples for spectroscopic analysis
Safety at all costs:
The innovative casing concept of the LAUDA Aqualine unites design and robustness. The recessed operating elements protect the electronics from dripping water and dirt. This increases the service life of the devices, and makes working safe. Reliable continuous operation with water (safety class I, NFL) is enabled thanks to the integrated overtemperature protection.
Important advantages:
✜ Easy operation via digital LED display
✜ Integrated overtemperature protection
✜ Large, optimum use of space
✜ Easy to clean, since the bath vessel does not have any fittings
✜ Homogenous temperature distribution thanks to heat elements underneath the bath
✜ Optimised shape of the bath cover prevents condensation from dripping into the samples
Standard accessories: Stainless steel gable casing |

Memmert waterbaths are available in six model sizes and two performance classes. In addition to the Basic class for standard thermostating tasks, the Excellent version provides precise test procedures with a maximum of safety: electronic overtemperature control and a wide range of visual and acoustic signals, for example if the filling level is too low, for overtemperature, but also for input acknowledgement or the end of the programme. In the largest model an optional circulation pump provides an even better thermal uniformity of the water. Choose from: 6 model sizes (7l to 45l); A extensive range of optional accessories, e.g. flat or gable lid, shaking device, reversible shelf, test tube racks; State-of-the-art control technology of the Basic and Excellent performance classes for all models
Can be optionally equipped with water level control.
The superior heating concept of the Memmert ovens is also to be found in the waterbaths. Protected from water, but still close to the load, the heating lies under deep drawn and easy to clean ribs. Through the positioning of the heating elements in the floor and side walls, a natural mixing of the tempering fluid arises, providing better temperature uniformity in the bath.
