The Memmert Carbon dioxide incubators create absolutely reliable environmental conditions for organic loads. Your decision criteria: 3 model sizes (108l, 153l and 246l); State-of-the-art control technology based on the P performance class for all models; Humidity limit control integrated as standard for all models (active humidity control system at extra charge); Double doors standard for all models: Prevention of contamination and drops in temperature, with at the same time an optimal view of the sensitive load through wide-area interior glass doors; For all models, the working chamber, including the ventilation system, the water trays and all sensors, can be sterilised in a 4-hr programme at 160 °C using the standard STERICard.
For the INCO 2, the tried and tested Memmert heating concept was again perfected: heating the working chamber from all six sides, along with the electronic humidity limit control, is decisive in preventing condensation from forming in the working chamber. An aluminium thermal conduction layer supports the optimal temperature uniformity, and serves as a heat accumulator if there is a temporary power failure. The turbulence-free interior ventilation ensures a constant and uniform atmosphere.

The M&C gas industrial coolers are used in gas analysis to lower the dew point of humid gas to avoid condensation in the analyser(s).
An extremely stable and low gas dew point avoids water vapour cross-sensitivity and volumetric errors.
Industrial water coolers are also available. |
|
Accurate measurements of gases require gas samples with stable dew points even under harsh ambient conditions.
The EGK models provide a CFC-free, compressor-type industrial cooling system connected to a cooling block. The cooling block evenly dissipates the heat thus supporting the highly efficient manufacturer of heat exchangers. The temperature of the cooling block is regulated by the Bühler Constant Regulating System. This system allows smooth regulation and eliminates the disadvantages of the traditional on-off operating mode.
The controller is self-checking. Significant deviation from the preset is signaled by a status output. A bi-color LED on the front shows 4 different operating conditions.
Condensate is removed either into condensate vessels or by automatic condensate drainers which can be attached to the heat exchangers within the cooler’s outer contour.
ATEX certificate Zone 1 (Cat. 2G)
CFC-free
Nominal cooling capacity 615 kJ/h
1 or 2 heat exchangers can be inserted: up to 4 gas paths
Self-checking with status output
4 operational conditions displayed
Simple operation and test
Easy to install
Condensate draining can be mounted inside of outer shape |

Techne Dip and Flow coolers are designed for use at below ambient temperatures down to -35°C.
The Flow Coolers work in conjunction with a Techne thermoregulator (excluding TU-20HT). They continually extract heat from the bath fluid by means of the heat exchanger manufacturers which is built into the unit.
The cooling head of the Techne Dip Coolers fit neatly and unobtrusively into the corner of the standard circulating bath and can be secured with a specially designed mounting bracket. Even if cooling can be achieved by cold tap water, a dip cooler is recommended as it conserves water and is easier and more convenient to use. |
