All detectors are provided with blue plastic cover, which protects detector from dust, dirt etc. during construction and paint. Our versatile range of single, double, horizontal and vertical sliding leaf constructed steel doors have fire ratings ranging from 1 – 4 hours depending on the type of fire risk involved. Viking, Saracen & Saxon layflat hoses
Viking fire hoses are chosen by fire fighting professionals throughout the world for their quality, performance and reliability. It is constructed with an all synthetic woven textile reinforcement encased in a blend of high tensile PVC/Nitrile rubber which forms a unified lining and cover. The outer ribbing provides excellent abrasion resistance. Viking fire hose is independently tested to BS 6391 :Type 3 1983 by RAPA Technologies.
Saracen fire hoses are for use where fire fighting is less frequent or intensive. Saracen offers an affordable alternative to Viking without any performance penalty. It is constructed in the same layered way to the Viking though without the heavy protective ribbing, nitrile-PVC is used which makes the hose lighter.
Saxon fire hoses are built to the highest quality, lightweight but with exceptional strength. They are used by fire brigades and industrial users worldwide. Available with a polyeurethane outer coating for extra abrasion resistance or uncoated for lightness, they are ideal as washdown hose.

Macron's range of hose reels combine high performance and a rugged space saving design. Manufactured without compromise the 55 Series is renowned for its quality and long-term reliability derived from cutting edge technology and world-class production
55 Series hose reels are available in manual or automatic versions. Manual versions are fitted with a ball or a gate valve. The automatic format actuates as the reel is rotated removing the need for the user to turn on the water supply - an important safety consideration. All models are available with 19mm or 25mm bore hoses.
The range includes fixed and swinging variants. Swinging hose reels are available in right and left hand formats suitable for surface or recess mounting.
55 Series hose reels are manufactured to BS EN 671-1:2001 and carry the CE mark through BSI notified body number 0086.

Macron hosereel cabinets have a space saving design with hose reel and cabinet doors that open a full 180 degrees for ease of access and use. They can be surface mounted or recessed with architrave and are finished in red epoxy powder coat as standard. The cabinets are universal with left or right hand opening and four knock out water entry points per cabinet.

Base and Thermal Layers
The fabric in the flame retardant base layer is 50% flame resistant Lenzing® viscose and 50% wool, which provides insulation as well as flame resistance. The flame retardant viscose fibres have been treated with a mixture of phosphorus and sulphate. The flame retarding treatment is permanent and effective, even after the garments have been repeatedly washed. The combination of wool and viscose provides good insulation properties and a high level of comfort. Flame retardant fibre pile is made of 80% Zirpro®-processed flame retardant wool and 20% flame retardant Trevira SEC®. This process ensures permanent and effective protection.
