High-performance hose lines
We manufacture ready-to-fit hose lines for pressures for more than 600 bar and for all media, hoses made from rubber, plastics and metal for applications in industry, construction and business.
Pneumatic pipes and air hoses
Our range of plastic pipes with calibrated external diameters for pneumatic applications is supplemented by quick connection systems and functional fittings. We can also supply just the right hoses for ventilation and extraction tasks.
Suction and pressure hoses
We can satisfy an extremely wide range of requirements with a broad selection of suction, pressure, construction, conveyor and water hoses.
Fittings
Press-on fittings and jointing systems are available, as well as ball cocks for all pressure levels, diaphragm valves and non-drip quick connection couplings.
Expansion joints
Expansion joints made from rubber, PTFE, metal and textile materials are used for coping with expansion and vibration and also to provide insulation against solidborne noise in pipelines.

DEBEM automatic pulsation diaphragm dampeners are known for their high performance and sturdiness. They are used below stream from diaphragm pumps on the delivery circuit to minimise pressure differential; they are used with fluids that have an apparent viscosity of up to 50.000 cps (at 20°C) even with the presence of suspended solid parts of a considerable size.
DEBEM dampeners adapt automatically to the system's conditions without the need for manual regulation or calibration.
Its high capacity to minimise pulsations, vibration and air hammer make it a piece of equipment that safeguards and evens the fluid pumped.
The vast choice of construction materials allows you to determine the best chemical compatibility with the fluid and/or the environment without forgetting the right temperature field.
The dampeners are also available for use in potentially explosive environments (ATEX certification).

Fawcett Christie Pulsation Dampers can provide cost savings to end users of pumping systems by reducing pipework and instrumentation damage, whilst also providing a more accurate dispersal of pumped products and improved reliability and accuracy of system instrumentation.

The PRESSURE REDUCER range of guns has been created to satisfy the growing request for professional products capable of providing energy savings whilst dedicating specific attention to safety. The built-in non-removable pressure reducer ensures a constant supply of low-pressure air. The delivery pressure is limited, according to the model, independent of the incoming pressure.

Silvent offers the world's widest range of safety air guns. The products are divided into four categories:
1 Safety air guns 0 – 6 N (0 - 1.3 lbs)
2 Safety air guns 6 – 100 N (1.3 - 22.5 lbs)
3 Special safety guns
4 Safety air gun accessories

Safety Air Guns
Many air guns are similar to open pipe. They simply blow a lot of compressed air, have high air consumption and produce noise levels that violate OSHA requirements. Some even generate dangerous dead end pressures that can result in serious or fatal injuries if blocked.
EXAIR's Safety Air Guns eliminate these problems. They use our engineered Air Jets and Nozzles to provide superior performance. Safe operation is assured along with low air consumption and noise level. You can choose by air consumption, force and sound level.

Silvent offers a selection of silencers that increases safety in all types of compressed air installations. The range is primarily designed for stationary installations of pneumatic cylinders and valves. The risk of operational disturbance as a result of clogged filters is a large and costly problem with conventional silencers. Choosing Silvent safety silencers can eliminate such problems entirely.

KAVAC Accessories Type FA51 Silencers for Vacuum Pumps
The FA51 series silencers offer remarkable noise reduction for high volume exhaust applications without causing back pressure. Silencers are ideal for quieting large air valves that must exhaust quickly to maintain high cycle rates. KV uses the FA51 silencers on high flow venturi vacuum pumps where even small amounts of back pressure would decrease performance. A threaded connection provides easy installation for a replacement element.
KAVAC Accessories Type AA Silencers for Vacuum Pumps
Type AA Compact, lightweight, these silencers have excellent noise reducing characteristics with minimal resistance to air flow. AA series silencers are almost one third smaller than comparable products providing considerable space savings. The large surface of the felt element resists contamination far more than other materials such as sintered bronze, steel mesh, or porous polyethylene.
