Flexeel Reinforced Polyurethane Straight Hose:
Flexeel Polyurethane Hose offers an excellent alternative to much bulkier rubber and plastic hoses. Extremely lightweight and tough, it is ideal for either outdoor contractor use or indoor industrial use. Flexeel retains its flexibility even in cold envionments. The reinforced construction eliminates the possibility of having various layers separate due to the constant expansion and contraction during pulsating operations, such as with staple or nail guns. Flexeel is available with reusable, reusuable strain relief, or quick disconnect fittings. Flexeel is also compatible with our Polyurethane reusable fittings for in-the-field replacements.
In addition to Flexeel, we also offer the following straight air hose catergories:
Water Flexeel Industrial Polyurethane Hose
FlexReel — The Best Way to Store and Transport Flexeel
Nitrile Blend Hose
General Purpose Hose
Thermoplastic Hose
Lock-On Rubber Hose
Lock-On Rubber Hose Fittings
Ball Swivel Lead-In Hose
Pigtail Assemblies
Manifold Coupler Whip Hose Assembly
Brass Hose Fittings
Hose Crimpers
Hose Ferrules

Synflex® pneumatic tubing is available in the following series:
4212 / 4225 series are "N2" tubing - a lightweight, flexible, Nylon 11 tubing that is resistant to chemicals and are non-absorbent. Suitable for a great variety of applications across a broad spectrum of conditions, such as low-pressure hydraulic, pneumatic systems and chemical transfer services.
4242 tubing has a non-plasticized heat and light stabilized Nylon construction. Non-conductive compounds are also available. The tubing has low moisture absorption, low volumetric expansion and excellent resistance to UV light and ozone. Typical applications include low pressure hydraulics, pneumatic and lubrication systems.

The Budenberg Adjustable Snubber was designed to meet the demand for protection of instruments such as pressure gauges, where the applications have rapid pulsations or sudden hydraulic shock loading that can damage them.
The level of damping is by the adjustment of a needle valve that restricts the flow, and therefore protects the pressure gauge against pulsations.
This aids the reading of the fluctuating pressure, and helps to prolong the life of the instrument. Mechanical and construction industries that use hydraulic pumps and presses are susceptible to pulsations, and the adjustable snubber offers a controllable solution for these applications.
A unique feature of this design is that the adjustment to the damping can be made after installation in the system. Suitable for all media that is resistant to 316 Stainless Steel.
Temperature: Up to 120 Degrees Celsius
Material : Body - 316 Stainless Steel as standard, Other materials available on request.
Testing: 100% Pressure / Hydrostatically tested

DEBEM automatic pulsation diaphragm dampeners are known for their high performance and sturdiness. They are used below stream from diaphragm pumps on the delivery circuit to minimise pressure differential; they are used with fluids that have an apparent viscosity of up to 50.000 cps (at 20°C) even with the presence of suspended solid parts of a considerable size.
DEBEM dampeners adapt automatically to the system's conditions without the need for manual regulation or calibration.
Its high capacity to minimise pulsations, vibration and air hammer make it a piece of equipment that safeguards and evens the fluid pumped.
The vast choice of construction materials allows you to determine the best chemical compatibility with the fluid and/or the environment without forgetting the right temperature field.
The dampeners are also available for use in potentially explosive environments (ATEX certification).

The PRESSURE REDUCER range of guns has been created to satisfy the growing request for professional products capable of providing energy savings whilst dedicating specific attention to safety. The built-in non-removable pressure reducer ensures a constant supply of low-pressure air. The delivery pressure is limited, according to the model, independent of the incoming pressure.

Silvent offers a selection of silencers that increases safety in all types of compressed air installations. The range is primarily designed for stationary installations of pneumatic cylinders and valves. The risk of operational disturbance as a result of clogged filters is a large and costly problem with conventional silencers. Choosing Silvent safety silencers can eliminate such problems entirely.

KAVAC Accessories Type FA51 Silencers for Vacuum Pumps
The FA51 series silencers offer remarkable noise reduction for high volume exhaust applications without causing back pressure. Silencers are ideal for quieting large air valves that must exhaust quickly to maintain high cycle rates. KV uses the FA51 silencers on high flow venturi vacuum pumps where even small amounts of back pressure would decrease performance. A threaded connection provides easy installation for a replacement element.
KAVAC Accessories Type AA Silencers for Vacuum Pumps
Type AA Compact, lightweight, these silencers have excellent noise reducing characteristics with minimal resistance to air flow. AA series silencers are almost one third smaller than comparable products providing considerable space savings. The large surface of the felt element resists contamination far more than other materials such as sintered bronze, steel mesh, or porous polyethylene.
