HV-SA series
Central ejector based on the Venturi principle. Includes two pressure supply ports and a vacuum connection.
When connection 1.1 is supplied with pressure, the Venturi nozzle generates vacuum.
An integrated check valve at connection 2 maintains vacuum in systems with slight leakage even when the ejector is switched off.
The integrated (automatic) air saving feature turns off the air supply to the ejector when the pre-set upper vacuum level is reached. If the vacuum level drops 150 mbar below this level, the air supply is turned on to the ejector until the pre-set vacuum level is reached again. This fulfills the "EMERGENCY ON FUNCTION".
To release the components that have been picked up, a momentary blow off ejects the components (a signal interrupter integrated into connection 1.2 stops the blow off function after 0.3 seconds).
An external 5/2way double solenoid valve is recommended to control the ejector by alternately activating connection 1.1 (start) and 1.2 (release).
Change "release" to blow off as seen on page 66.
The pressure supply port and vacuum connections are fitted with removable protective filters, which serve to protect the ejector from debris.
A silencer with self-cleaning granular filling (with an air consumption of 150 and 300 Nl/min) or a surface mounted silencer (with an air consumption of 500 Nl/min) is included in the scope of delivery.

It is a simple valve of compact construction which generates a vacuum when compressed air is applied. The vacuum ceases immediately when the air supply is removed.
# Two-way vacuum generator - DP 2018 F
This two-way valve with integral non-return valve generates a vacuum when air is applied to the pressure port. For applications that do not require a sustained vacuum the valve can be used without the integral non-return valve.

Air Conveyors - Ring-Vac™ Pneumatic Conveying System is available in 1" (25mm), 1-1/4" (32mm), 1-1/2" (38mm), 2" (51mm), 2-1/2" (64mm), and 3" (76mm) sizes. Any size beyond that can be prohibitive for most applications due to high compressed air requirements.
In addition, beyond 3", the vacuum ability begins to drop significantly except for highly intermittent applications. For applications beyond 3", a blower system often becomes far more economical except in a rare number of possible applications. However, larger size versions are available if required as well as special sizes.

Conveying Pump (Air Movers)

This is a series of adjustable flow rate single stage vacuum pumps particularly good for use in high contamination areas where dust and small debris is likely to enter the vacuum line.
The design of this pump enables particles and small debris to pass directly through the pump. High flow rates can be achieved in conjuction with vacuum levels down to -84.4kpa whilst maintaining a high performance to air consumption ratio.

These pumps provide a reliabel and cost effective solution for in line product transfer, particularly for transferring bulk materials, granules, continuous strips and powders.
