| The BOGE Booster Compressor takes in pre-compressed and pre-treated compressed air from an existing network or from a low-pressure compressor and compresses it to the required final pressure. |
|
Factair's breathing air compressors continue to set the standard in mobile long duration life support systems.
A range of models is available from 185 l/min (7 cfm) to 4000 l/min (141 cfm) and can be supplied with electric, petrol or diesel drive. The electrically driven units can be supplied in Atex versions and the diesel driven compressors are fitted with chalwyn valve and spark arrestors as standard.
Every unit produces breathing-air to the requirements of BS EN 12021:1999 and on all engine driven units a fail-safe system is fitted as standard, which, in the event of a failure, sounds an alarm and automatically switches to an onboard cylinder reserve system, allowing time for operatives to move to a place of safety.

OIL-FREE COMPRESSORS SERIES TF
The TF series of HAUG compressors is running completely dry, i.e., without cylinder lubrication and with no oil bath in the crankcase. Contamination of the compressed air product with lubricating oils is thus excluded. Only an oil-free compressor system is capable of generating oil-free compressed
air on a continuous basis, ensuring that neither oil aerosols nor oil
vapours can enter the process.
Oil-free TF compressors are suitable for universal use. They are suitable for continuous operation, intermittent operation and for standby emergency operation with long periods of shutdown. These dry compressors are extremely reliable and permit highly economical operation with no idling costs. |

| Used by almost every airline in the world for filling on-board emergency cylinders. Also used by major diving contractors, emergency medical service companies and mine rescue centers. |
|
| Quality, reliability and cost effectiveness distinguish this series. These characteristics are proven daily by many customers world-wide under hardest conditions. |

| High pressure breathing air compressors used to fill SCBA cylinders for use in the fire and industrial safety markets, as well as SCUBA cylinders for use in diving. Compressor systems are comprised of two components: a compressor unit, which compresses clean ambient air, and a fill station, which both fills a cylinders and provides containment safety during filling. Compressors systems are available in both stationary models for use in permanent installations and mobile units for use on scene. |

| From 2 with 20 ch, the piston compressors of Copco Atlas offer a compact and simple solution of use. They can integrate filters and drier of air; are proposed on tank from 90 to 500 liters and exist in sound-proof version. Many options make it possible to personalize the piston compressor according to the user's need. |
|
| The compressors are available in a number of product variants to match the exact needs of a wide range of end users. They are available as standard "core" units, with the possibility to add a number of standard options, giving the flexibility to match the individual application requirements. |

From 30 kW to 480 kW
Outlet nominal pressure 40 bar: for PET blow moulding applications
Outlet nominal pressure 15 to 40 bar: for industrial oil-free applications
A special series for PET applications
The P-series is the product range perfectly customised to the PET blow moulding applications. The compressors deliver 100 % oil-free air at 40 bar as standard.
They are delivered as complete, ready-to-use installations.
Several compressors can be monitored in the same compressor room with the Centralised ES energy saving control system.
The P27 to P45 models benefit from an up-graded design (integrated coolers) for higher efficiency and easier maintenance.
15 to 40 bar : a series for industrial, oil-free air applications
These compressors can be ajusted to the pressure you need for other industrial oil-free applications within a pressure range between 15 to 40 bar.

| The single stage, reciprocating compressors create a low-pressure area in the pumping chamber when the piston moves from the highest point of the stroke to the lowest point. Gaseous product (at a higher pressure in the tank) moves into the pumping chamber. This volume of gas is then displaced when the piston moves to the top of the stroke. Equipped with high efficiency valves, ductile iron pistons, self-adjusting piston rod seals and other robust features, these compressors are designed to provide maximum performance and reliability under the most severe service conditions. |

- Because of their basic design, limited number of working parts and straightforward working principle, piston compressors are the best solution when compressed air is needed in harsh conditions.
- Simple maintenance, thanks to easily accessible parts for servicing.
- No need for special treatment (oil separation) nor oil filtering as there is no direct contact with oil.
- High reliability and increased lifetime due to limited risk of condensation formation as a result of the piston compressor's low mass.
- Piston compressors can operate in a very wide range of working pressures. Maximum working pressure for the Atlas Copco L series is 30 bar. |

These very solid V-belt driven 1 and 2 stage compressors have proved themselves in the last 30 years. The extremely low revolutions and the overdimensioned inter- and aftercoolers provide the following benefits:
Very long service life.
Extremely high effective output which results in a low energy consumption.
Low compressed air temperature, thus less condensation.
Low sound level.
Very low maintenance costs.
The power varies between 1.1 and 22 kW. All models up to CS 360/250 are available in 230 Volt, 50 Hz, single phase or 400 Volt, 50 Hz, 3 phase. From CST 420/250 upward, models are only available in 400 Volt, 50 Hz, 3 phase. All compressors from CST 600/250 are supplied as standard with a fully automatic star-delta-switch. The standard delivery pressure is 10 bar. All two-stage compressors (from CST 420/250 upward) can be supplied on request in 15 bar versions.
