Air and gas compressors
GRASYS is the official and exclusive supplier to the Russian and CIS market of industrial compressors, making of the German company Bauer Kompressoren. Bauer Kompressoren is one of the world leading manufacturers of medium and high pressure compressors (pressure range of 30–500 bar) used for compression of air, hydrogen, methane, inert gases, such as nitrogen, helium, and other gas mixtures.
Almost any Customer project may be matched with Bauer Kompressoren compressor equipment best fitting for each specific task:
Air compressors
GÀ Series — 25–35 bar;
GB Series — 30–63 bar;
GÅ Series — 64–90 bar;
GI Series — 90–500 bar.
Noble gas compressors (argon, helium, neon, etc.)
GG Series — 90–350 bar.
Nitrogen compressors
GGI Series — 90–500 bar.
Methane, associated and natural gases compressors
GC Series — 90–350 bar.
Compressors are produced in two configurations: vertical and horizontal.
Vertical configuration featuring the compressor-over-engine design is used in compressors with the capacity ranging between 100 and 600 nl/min
Horizontal configuration is used for compressors with the capacity ranging between 600 and 3500 nl/min.
All compressors are balanced and installed on elastic-damper supports eliminating the need for special fixation on foundation. It is sufficient that compressors are placed on an even surface, energized and connected to consumers.
Bauer Kompressoren is the only manufacturer providing industrial compressors with working cylinders surface nitrogenized with the use of gas or plasma coating technique. This helps to avoid replacement of working cylinders over the entire compressors operating life. Reduced wear of compressors final stages is achieved through the use of floating pistons (while piston rod is linked with guide piston, compressive piston moves freely with the elimination of normally present distorting loads). Roller bearings of crankshaft and piston rods are designed so as to provide for a considerable safety factor and over 30000 running time.
These measures along with the careful selection of lubricating oils contribute to the compressors high reliability by continuous service with long interval between scheduled maintenance. The design of compressors cooling systems allow to provide the optimum cylinders thermal conditions and efficient gas cooling in inter-stage heat exchanges. |

| International shipping with its most stringent requirements for quality and reliability is Sauer's traditional field of activities. Our starting-air and working-air compressors have proven to be reliable in this demanding market. They count among the most modern and most economic compressors available today. In particular the 3-stage air-cooled starting-air compressors - in comparison to the traditionally used 2-stage water-cooled compressors - contribute significantly to modern ship operation concepts. With these products Sauer became one of the leading manufacturers of compressors for shipping and off-shore technology world-wide. |

The Laby® compressor represents unbeatable reliability and availability, thanks to its unique labyrinth sealing system on piston and piston rod gland that allows oil free and contact-free compression. The result is an extended meantime between overhaul, that has a positive impact on reliability and operating cost.
Neither contamination of the gas by abraded material from piston rings nor hot spots from friction occur. The Laby® is designed to compress bone-dry, dirty, abrasive and other gases. The gastight casing reduces gas emission and losses to the environment to zero. The Laby® compressor easily manages the compression of LNG boil-off gas at suction temperatures down to minus 160°C (minus 250 F).

Operating pneumatic isolation systems requires the availability of compressed-air. Air-spring systems made by cplusw are often used in tasks which are very sensitive regarding vibration and noise. In these cases it is important to pay attention to the compressed-air generation. It is necessary that no more sources of interference are created.
If there is no central compressed-air supply available there are two options: The supply with gas containers or the supply with appropriate, quiet and low-vibration compressor.
Gas containers are preferable if disturbances cannot be tolerated because they do neither create noise nor vibrations. Containers can also be used reasonable as a back-up system if there is a compressed-air breakdown or if there is need for higher compression. Using gas containers one has to consider relevant directions. If required cplusw takes over the scheduling and delivery of the supply system.
The flexible option concerning the compressed-air supply arises from the use of compressed-air compressors. As a result of the low emission level for sound and vibration cplusw recommends the use of compressors made by Jun-Airâ. Detailed tests have convinced of reliability and quality. Therefore cplusw distributes the complete delivery programme of the company Jun-Air.
To assure a seamless insert every Jun-Airâ compressor is adjusted to the cplusw air-springs systems before delivery.
Cplusw realises customised systems based on Jun-Airâ components and those made by other companys. |
