The Shuttle® XPmultiple consists of two independent modular high-bay systems arranged in tandem. Trays are transported from the rear system to the front system – and vice versa – by transfer unit. Items are then removed by the operator from the access window. Speed of delivery from request to actual delivery is extremely fast. Internal pre-order picking reduces the waiting time even further. The system can be controlled by Kardex PowerPick® software which allows items to be managed and controlled in preparation for storage and retrieval.
The Shuttle® XPmultiple is ideal where it is impossible to install two separate systems. Deep, awkward, narrow spaces can be used to their full capacity and routes reduced by having only one access opening. The space required for movement is cut by 50% when compared to individual systems and whilst an order is being picked at the access window, the system is preparing the next tray for delivery in the background.
The modular structure of the Shuttle® XPmultiple ensures almost infinite versatility whilst exploiting different room heights. Every Shuttle® XPmultiple can be used as a stand-alone unit and depending upon requirements can be expanded to form a composite system and extended where and when necessary

The Shuttle XP is a high density and dynamic vertical lift system. The Shuttle XP builds upon the tremendous success of the previous NT model. It is built to maximise on your ceiling height with units available up to 30 meters high. One unit can carry a gross load of 60 tonnes or more.

The Shuttle® XPlus is a vertical lift system which builds upon the success of the Shuttle® XP technology; its intelligent design allows organisations to utilise awkward spaces for their storage, providing them with greater storage capacity.
The system technology allows up to four Shuttle® XP systems to be combined with a single extractor which can move vertically, horizontally and diagonally, minimising waiting times even further. The design of the Shuttle® XPlus makes it an ideal addition to the Shuttle® XP system, leading to the creation of an intelligent and quick retrieval system.

Principle
The Kardex Shuttle XPcrane Vertical Lift Module (VLM) is an enclosed system of vertically arranged trays, an extraction platform and a series of computerized controls that allow operators to stay in one location while up to millions of items can be delivered automatically (Patent Pending).
This system is comprised of a series of vertical modules with one central crane delivering items to an ergonomically positioned workstation.
KARDEX Shuttle XPcrane VLM can consist of up to 12 single modules and have a storage capacity of 5.200 m² with footprint of only 74 m²

The Kardex Sentinel is based upon the proven technology of the Kardex Megamat vertical carousels and has been designed for the storage and retrieval of all types of products including tooling, industrial and commercial consumables. Physical control of stock is managed by a series of closing doors across the picking face, which ensure that only the correct operator can pick the correct stock item. Full integration with inventory software further ensures that all transactions have a full audit trail identifying exactly who used what component, at what time, and against which works order number. The height of each of the door openings is fully adjustable. When exceptionally bulky goods are to be handled, up to 5 doors open simultaneously.
