The CS Plus Jr H2C offers the most versatile, cost-effective induction cap sealing for applications ranging from single caps to low volume conveyor supplier lines.
The manufacturers of power supply features a simple, multi-function LCD display. In addition, it automatically detects and adjusts for the sealing head that is attached, making it extremely easy to go from using one of four available hand-held sealing head options to using the conveyor sealing head on the stand.
The CS Plus Jr H2C delivers strong, tamper-evident professional seals that prevent leakage and ensure integrity for a wide range of products, including food, pharmaceuticals, beverages, cosmetics, solvents, petroleum products and chemicals.

- Optimized Output Design: the sealing head can seal foil sizes from 28-100mm - without skewing - at conveyor speeds from 20-45 ft./minute, depending on the size, material, and cap construction, etc.

The CONTINUA is a completely automatic horizontal packaging machine, extremely compact and with an innovate sealing system (worldwide patented). The products, placed with insuitably adjustedside professional guides, are driven into a forming box by a couploe of pusher, while the central sealing is carried out by a heated wheel. The film wrapping the products runs on a loose conveyor belt driven by two professional pliers that, trought an alternate movement, industrial seal and cut the film trasversally. Bags are then ejected throughan opening at the end of the machine.

Sealing cartons using a carton sealer is faster, provides a better result and is more economical. Using a carton sealer also ensures ergonomically correct working conditions.
The carton sealers are designed for a variety of different tasks and needs: uniform or random carton sizes, wide or narrow tape, top and bottom sealing, side sealing, automatic flap folding etc. There is a wide range of auxiliary equipment such as packing tables with bottom flap folder.

These thermosealers are designed to professional seal preformed trays using film of compatible closing. Materials can be of different nature: PP, PET, PS, PE. The machines are manufactured in stainless steel and anodized aluminium and they are timer driven and thermo adjusted. All the functions are easily checked by the digital panel with 9 memorizable programs. They can be equipped with mould (optional) at one, two, or four impressions. Mould change is very quick and can be done also by non-trained users.
