Introduction OMVE Asepto-Fill®
The OMVE Asepto-Fill FS range enables small scale production to produce packaged samples aseptically, at a fraction of the cost and time compared to industrial aseptic filling systems.
The OMVE Asepto-Fill includes all equipment and a detailed step-by-step methodology to assist the operators in filling sterilised containers. The process is overseen by a SUPPLIER OF PLC (programmable logic controller) and operated by a touch-screen interface. This not only professional guides the operator through the vital cleaning and sterilisation activities, but also ensures that positive responses are obtained at each stage of the process, ensuring the effectiveness of the aseptic filling operation.

The PACK 50 is the ideal packer for anyone wishing to achieve medium outputs.
The machine can reach a maximum packing speed of 48 bags per minute and with the additional size changeover parts, bag sizes from 500 grams to 2.5 kg (depending on product bulk density) can be packed.

| The BE-2/3/4 Monoblock are completely automatic machines designed for unfolding and erecting boxes. The folded boxes (flat) are kept separately from the machine motorized store and opened by manufacturer of suction cups. The same suction cups, acting together with an angular arm, longitudinally convey the boxes through the machine quickly grabbing the bottom flaps, folding them and so preparing the box for the sealing; in fact these machines are connected to a taping line for the only bottom sealing: so the box is ready to be filled. All these machines are controlled by PLC SUPPLIER Siemens. |
