As with the needle embossers, the ÖSTLING scribers are always used when the markings must be extremely long lasting.
ATTENTION!
All ÖSTLING scribers can also be used as particularly high-quality needle embossers if required by simply replacing the needle system (accessory).
Our own scriber brand, PinMark™, has represented reliability and highest precision for many years. Scribers are often used in rough industrial environments in the automotive and steel industry, by tool manufacturers and in mechanical engineering. This is why the robust construction and the innovative detail solutions prevailed in the development of the PinMark™ series.

Precision spray valve uses Low Volume Low Pressure (LVLP) technology to apply a uniform coating of material without waste, mess or overspray. By applying a fine, even spray exactly where needed, 781S Series valves improve consistency, keep production areas cleaner, and reduce fluid use.
For use with:
- Activators
- Coatings
- Greases
- Inks
- Liquid fluxes
- Oils
- Silicones
- Solvents

A stamping die is a special, one-of-a-kind precision tool that cuts and forms sheet metal such as Aluminum Sheet,Copper Sheet, Stainless Steels, Silicon Sheet into a desired shape or profile, for example electrical stampings Rotor, Stator and Blanking Laminations of Fan, Motor and Transformer Core, Metal pressings ,Die-Custing Dies etc .The die's cutting and forming sections typically are made from special types of hardenable steel called tool steel. Dies also can contain cutting and forming sections made from carbide or various other hard, wear-resistant materials.
Our company is expert in manufacturing Blank Stamping Dies with size thickness from 1mm to 31mm and bigger with width 105mm x length 105mm or larger. Products used in precision plastic mold, stamping die, the semiconductor die, precision die-casting mold, as well as other fields fixture. Products are mainly sold to Japan, Europe and the United States and Singapore and other places, because of their high precision, quality, varieties, specifications of the whole, the short duration of the characteristics of goods, has won wide acclaim from customers abroad and trust.

- Automatically emboss or deboss text and graphics on metal tags
- Customized software allows for data entry from a keyboard or automatic data download from a host or industrial device
- Designed for continuous operation with little or no operator intervention
The Automatic Embossing System (AES) uses programmable stamper technology to emboss metal tags. Each AES software operating system is designed to meet the client’s tag, interface, and system needs. Information can be input manually by an operator or received from other sources, such as host computers, bar code scanners, scales, or databases.
The software operating system performs the multiple tasks of the embossing system in a continuous cycle. The tag drive automatically feeds tag stock to the embossing area, where it is then clamped and embossed. Tags can be made one at a time, in small batches, or in large batches where finished tags are collected on the motorized recoiler. The programmable stamper is equipped with an adjustable slide enabling height adjustment to ensure optimal embossing performance.
The AES accepts coiled tags in a variety of sizes, materials, and colors. Tags can be supplied with holes or slots for easy attachment to various products.

Laser technology is becoming very popular for the processing of woven or non-woven (synthetic) fabrics or fibrous materials for example:
- Industrial filters
- Sport and leisure clothing, protective suits
- Automobile fittings (airbags, furnishing, etc.).
The laser beam works without contact and without tool erosion. There is no distortion by a mechanical tool. The fused edges do not fray. No seaming is necessary with most synthetic textiles.

OC 200
Cutting-edge, modular offset printing technology for printing single cards and very small formats on a variety of materials and thicknesses.
It is a pioneering engineering achievement and is suitable for printing on very small formats and single cards. Demand for phone cards, loyalty cards, access cards and advertising cards from telecommunications service providers, department stores and a wide range of other institutions
continues to increase. The quality of the cards must be excellent, but the costs must remain low.
The KBA-Metronic AG OC 200 can easily handle all standard plastics (ABS, PVC, PET, PS, etc.) and cards with chip cavity up to a thickness of 1.2 mm.
This economic, flexible system with four print units is the ideal, userfriendly
solution for CMYK print runs.
There is a low-cost version of the OC 200 with only two print units, which
can be used for two-pass, four-color printing on one side to produce brilliant, photorealistic quality.
The system features waterless offset printing, a “zoneless” short inking unit and UV-hardening ink. Even printers who do not have special qualifications can quickly learn how to use this system. In contrast to conventional offset printing, there is no need to adjust ink zones, dampening units and inking rollers or regulate the ink-water balance, etc. Printing quality remains constant even when different operators take over at the start of a new shift.
If required, the system can be modified to meet the order profile. It can then be upgraded at minimal cost at a later time, for example by adding a 5th or 6th print unit for special colors or a rotation unit for two-sided printing (optional).

General description:
The models 3000 / S / DPS-3000 Plus of the wafer marking system IL 3000 are designed to mark 300 mm wafers.
Different laser types and setups (solid-state laser, CO2 laser, UV laser etc.) are available to yield optimum process results for different wafer materials such as Si, GaAs, Ge, GaP, InP, Sapphire, Quartz and others.
The IL 2000 provides "Deep" marking (marking depth up to 100µm) as well as "debris-free" marking (0,3 - 6µm). A powerful software package, developed in cooperation with many customers over the past 10 years, offers immediate operating solutions for most customer applications.
The basic system has two vacuum end effectors and a vacuum aligner. An enhanced "Edge-Grip" handling system is offerd as an option.
The model 3000 Plus offers the possibility to mark the frontside and the backside of a 300 mm wafer simultaneously in a single process step.
