Direct marking or using coloured foil transfer, on plastic, wood, cardboard etc.

Identification Systems
Identification systems are used for object identification. They can be used to automate manufacturing processes and to control the entire logistics of merchandising management through flexible networking. This reduces throughput times and makes variant manufacturing more flexible. Pepperl+Fuchs offers a comprehensive range of electromagnetic identification systems (RFID). Object identification is also possible using barcodes and data matrix codes.

These steel stamps give a deep legible impression in metallic surfaces. A perfect relief and a strict gauging of pieces make easy positioning and excellent marking possible, using only a hammer. Letter and figure stamps with relief on right cutting are used for imprinting moulds and dies. Mini stress stamps provide an impression without creating stresses in impressed metal such as may result from a sharp or pointed impression .

For secondary operations of steel, aluminum or plastic parts we offer a system of units for coining/marking, piercing and forming with forces from 1 to 100 kN.
For these operations normally only a short stroke power stroke (<1.0 mm) is required. That is why our pneumatic PFS units, which develop maximal force shortly before reaching the end position, are ideal for these operations.
Pivoting the tool 75° into the working position, this design allows an easy load and unload of the parts.

The model FP 23 is the smallest of the engraving machines of the FP series.
