The MC2000 Superfast is the fastest, most reliable compact dot peen marking system available today. The premier system for direct part marking, the MC2000 Superfast is designed to meet short marking cycle times on production lines. Unlike other pin stamp marking equipment, the MC2000 Superfast utilizes a patented Y axis slide design for achieving faster marking times. The e8-i111D dot peen marking machine is extremely powerful and is mainly used for very deep marking. It can identify mild steel parts with an exceptional marking depth up to 0.8 mm (0.031”).
This modular unit is robust and reliable. It is designed with 2 guiding rails on each axis and twin sliding blocks. It is perfectly suited for heavy industrial environment. Stainless steel shutters protect its internal components.
e8-i111D can easily be adapted to various applications and generate high precision marking.

UMS supply a range of standard electrolytes for marking on most metals, as well as a number of high purity electrolytes for specialist applications, for example as used in the aerospace and nuclear industries. Neutralising is required with most of the electrolyte solutions in order to maintain the quality of the mark, and UMS supply a range to match.
