Aquafos water tanks are suited for all water systems: industrial, domestic and agricultural. The tanks are constructed of a polypropylene liner combined with high grade butyl diaphragm to isolate water and air. This provides a closed system for drinking water preventing the growth of bacteria and vermin intrusion. The cast stainless steel water connection is used for corrosion resistance. Basically built in various sections - among which the acceptance of the raw materials, the storage, and the possible batching by volume or by weight, the mixing, screening and feeding of the production lines (mixing machines) - the installations by Cusinato may be configured as required depending on the available spaces.
When asked for, it is also possible to improve the control and recycling of scraps (regrinds) from the production lines, with relevant batching and recycle to the productive cycle. Until now, theories from other industries were applied to the manufacturing of silos. For example, a silo for wheat is manufactured with metal walls for strength. Since the weight of a cubic meter of wheat will be considerably heavy, the silo walls should be very rigid. However, a cubic meter of plastic bottles will only weigh 20 kilos, so this silo may be lighter. It may be built with laminated plastic panels instead of mild steel or stainless steel.
The experience that POSIMAT has had with these laminated plastic panels is that the bottles closest to the walls tend to cause the wall to become slightly deformed instead of the metal wall deforming the bottles as was previously believed. The plastic used on these walls is very easy to clean and much more resilient to chemical corrosion than any metal

Pressure feed containers are used to allow the coating material to be prepared, thinned and conditioned, constantly agitated (if required) and then supplied in bulk to consistently maintain the correct spraying viscosity and pressure. For all tasks requiring continuous application of substantial material / paint quantities at a steady pressure, SATA paint pressure tanks are the ideal solution. Different tank sizes, ranging from 2 to 100 iters, and variable pressure adjustment allow almost unlimited possibilities. Accessories dedicated to special tasks, such as manual, pneumatic or electric agitators are available.
Both low viscosity paints and high viscosity or abrasive materials can be applied swiftly and without problems with SATA paint pressure tanks. There are no moving parts and, therefore no wear and tear. All material-conveying parts can be supplied in stainless steel to special order. Work becomes especially profitable if the pressure tank size can be adapted to the original material container; reducing cleaning to a minimum as the original material container is simply inserted into the paint pressure tank.
