The ST50 Flow Meter is an accurate, easy to install, no moving parts solution for measuring and controlling air, compressed air and nitrogen flow. ST50 utilizes FCI proven thermal dispersion technology to provide direct mass flow measurement resulting in higher performance at a lower cost than orifice plates, DP, Vortex shedding and other thermal devices. The meter installs in line sizes ranging from 2 to 24 inches [51 to 610mm] with 1/2" or 3/4" NPT.
The ST50 uses precision, lithography structured platinum RTD sensors embedded in FCI's equal mass small diameter, all metal thermowells. Combined with microprocessor electronics and precision calibration, the ST50 achieves excellent accuracy, fast response and virtually maintenance free operation.

EE66 series are available with current or voltage output, the measuring range and the response time can be selected with jumpers by the user.
Measuring range: 0...1 m/s; 0...1.5m/s; 0...2m/s (adjustable by jumpers)
Response time: typ. 4s or typ. 0.2s (adjustable by jumpers)
Outputs: 0...10 V or 4...20 mA (adjustable by jumpers)
Supply: 24V AC/DC

Air Suppliers of flow sensors Based on the Calorimetric Principle for Air or Gaseous Media. Compact, Precise, Rugged and Reliable
vent-captors are compact, self-contained flow sensors that work according to a calorimetric principle. The principle allows for the creation of compact, reliable flow sensors with a price/ performance ratio not possible with other physical flow-sensing principles.
Especially at a low flow rate, no other sensing principle can achieve the high accuracy of a vent-captor.
First engineered by weber Sensors more than 20 years ago, weber continues to pioneer sensors based on this principle.
vent-captors are available as insertion and in-line types. Both are also available with a binary output as switches and adjustable set-point and with an analog output as meters with an adjustable measuring range. |

| Racine Vortex offers high-accuracy vortex-shedding flow meters for a number of liquids and gases. The product line is quite unique: by incorporating ultrasonic technology, the meter's bluff body ("strut") has a considerably smaller footprint compared with other vortex-shedding flow meters. This results in very low pressure drop in the system. Meters are available in wafer (in-line, 1/2" to 4" size) or insertion styles (4" line size and higher). This vortex-shedding technology involves no moving parts, and the meters are virtually maintenance-free. Loop-powered gas flow meters offer HART communications, temperature compensation for mass flow measurement and gas flow standardization, CE-mark and optional ATEX hazardous area certification. Liquid flow meters also carry the CE mark. |

The deltaflow flometer is continiously developed and inprooved and we hold several patents on the deltaflow Technology. But we do not only rely on our own know-how %u2013 systec is furthermore co-operating with well known partners sich as the institute for flow mechanics of the University of Erlangen oder the PtB in Braunschweig.
Due to the special probe profile the deltaflow can assure a high level of precision and excellent process viability, even in extreme conditions causing the lowest residual pressure loss. The deltaflow has been installed several thousand times.
Typical Applications are flow measurement of steam, perssurized air, water, liquids, stack gas, flare gas, natural gas.
Typical industries where our deltaflow integrating pitot tubes are used are Manufacturers of power plants, Chemistry, Petrochemistry, Gas- and Oil Exploration, waste water plants.
The program to size and design the deltaflow is very self-explanatory and you can download it for free from our web-page as a Windows file (Windows 9x, 2000 and NT).
You can find more details in the referring information sheets. At the bottom of this page you can find links to the information sheets and to the software |

This multi-range radial flow turbine meter uses a low inertia turbine supported on robust sapphire professional bearings in a chemically resistant housing. Ten flow ranges, a choice of "plug in" end connection professional fittings, and two styles of pulse detection system make this meter one of the most flexible available. The unit has individual traceable calibration, and can be considered as simple apparatus when placed in a hazardous area.
The unit can be configured with fittings and electrical connections to suit OEM requirements. Particular advantages include a wide flow range, long bearing life and in-line design. Output is via a pulse, which can be monitored by simple electronic systems.

SIKA positive displacement supplier of flow sensors are highly accurate industrial transmitters that measure volume flows. They work on the positive displacement principle.
The flowing medium causes a pair of gear wheels to rotate. The sensor is manufactured to the highest accuracy and is then precisely assembled. The rotation is scanned by two non-contact pick-offs. As each tooth generates a pulse, the resolution is very high. Very low flow rates can be accurately measured and small volumes can be dosed.
The measurement unit contains two pick-offs that are circumferentially offset by ¼ of a tooth pitch to generate a 2 channel flow-proportional frequency signal. Suitable processing of the signal provides an greater resolution and the option to identify the flow direction.
It is possible to measure not only high viscosity media but also media whose viscosity varies e.g. because of changes in temperature. The maximum pressure drop should not exceed 16 bars. This limits the measurement range of high viscosity media (see pressure drop diagrams). Basically, the measurement accuracy increases with increase in viscosity of the media. |

The Titan oval gear flowmeters work by using the liquid pressure to drive a pair of interlocking oval gears. This rotation can be detected by a variety of means to give either a TTL or contact closure pulse output. The unit is manufactured in a choice of materials and pressure ratings to suit most applications and as with all positive displacement flowmeters, the performance improves with increasing viscosity, and can achieve an accuracy of ± 0.1% of reading.
The standard range of sizes covers from 0.25” to 2” BSPF connections, with maximum flows from 1l/min to 500 L/min depending on the model. Viscosities up to 10,000cP can be measured accurately, both in forward and reverse flow. Units are available for high pressure and temperature operation.

AALBORG®'s GFC LOW COST self-contained ANALOG THERMAL MASS FLOW REGULATORS are designed to accurately measure and control the flowrates of gases. CONTROLLERS are constructed of rigid metallic components. Nylon is not used. Flowrates are unaffected by temperature and pressure variations.
Stainless steel models have wetted parts of stainless steel. Aluminum models have wetted parts of aluminum, brass and stainless steel. O-rings are VitonTM.
Local setpoint adjustments are conveniently accessible from the outside. External set point adjustments of the control valve are facilitated through a 15 pin D-connector. Control valves suppliers are normally closed proportionating electromagnetic cocks.
A tiltable LCD readout is built into the top of the meter. Readings are in direct engineering units in terms of specific gases. Remote reading installations are possible by means of an optional extension wire supplied with a modular phone plug. Conveniently overlapping flow ranges.
