The ANDITORK bottle or jar opening tester is specially designed to measure opening torques for bottles and jars. It is equipped with a grip plate that holds products from 10 mm to 200 mm in diameter. The rubber-coated gripping fingers are adjusted quickly using a travel knob. Torque readings can be made by tightening or loosening it, and the RS232 output can be used to save the data to a PC.
If the cap has a safety ring, the test can be carried out using the ANDITORK Star, which measures both the break (first peak) and the opening torque (max torque). |
|
CapStar II is a simple and easy to use digital torque tester. The accurate information provided can then be stored in the internal memory, and downloaded to a printer or computer.
The LCD digital read-out clearly displays the peak torque of each test. Preferred units of measurement may be selected from a list of seven options. Statistical analysis of sigma, mean and range is also available when the data is printed out.
Container to be tested are located in adjustable jig capable of clamping circular or custom bottles and jars from 10 mm to 130 mm in diameter. Child resistant closures, much used in the pharmaceutical industry, can also be tested.
CapStar II is housed in a rugged, drip proof ABS housing with wipe-clean, touch sensitive controls. CapStar II is portable, battery powered and can be used with an optional mains battery charging unit. The screen displays a warning when the batteries need replacing or charging.
To save power CapStar II switches off automatically if no key is pressed within a specified pre-set period. |

FEATURES
The LMTX is a new system for the monitoring of hook load for telescopic cranes also when mechanical extensions are used. The system is composed by a transmission unit LIM-TX, which is hanged on crane hook, and by a receiver unit LIM-RX positioned in the control panel unit.
The LIM-TX is composed by a strain gauge pin for load detecting and by a micro controlled transmitter to send by radio the data weight to the receiver unit.
The new structure of the shackle hook group does not limit the lifting operations.
The unit LIM-RX has two functions: the show of the data weight through a four digits red display, the load limits control.
If used with mechanical extensions (up to four jibs) the LIM-RX allows, through a push button, to set the numbers of jibs and consequently to control the overload limits by a relay contact and a LED indication.
The device is included in SRD (Short Range Device) classification and uses a frequency band of 868.3 Mhz of free use (without any authorization).
The LIM-TX unit works with a battery rechargeable by the truck lighter and the LIM-RX unit works by a 12..24 voltage battery.
Free maintenance. No interference with the other on board radio devices.

| The OBR 4400 takes the industry's first ultra-high resolution OTDR with backscatter-level sensitivity designed for component- and module-level reflectometry to the next level. With a small, easily transportable platform, the capability to "see" reflections out to 2 kilometers with no dead zone, and integrated temperature and strain sensing, the OBR 4400 gives you the ultimate in fiber diagnostics. The OBR 4400 uses swept-wavelength coherent interferometry to measure minute reflections (< 0.0003 parts per billion) in an optical system as a function of length with spatial resolution less than 50 microns. This provides the user with precision reflectometry and unprecedented optical-module inspection and diagnostic capabilities by providing the ability to locate and troubleshoot splices, connectors, fiber bends and breaks, insertion loss points, track polarization, verify PM components and more. |

Measuring System PHYSIMETER® 906 MC-B
The measuring system PHYSIMETER® 906 MC-B has been designed for the determination of the mechanical parameters force or torque on the basis of wire strain gauges. The instrument can be supplied with an integrated or an external sensor. For the power supply a block battery of 9 V is required (standard article) or alternatively a plug-in power pack (option). For easy handling the instrument is provided with the functions On/Off, reset and indication of peak value (upper and lower measuring value). In the standard version of the instrument the load introduction takes place at the bottom. Upon request, the load introduction can also be effected on the top of the instrument. The ergonomically designed housing, made of anodised, high-strength aluminium, is provided with threaded bores at the front side so that an unproblematic connection to the ERICHSEN testing machines is guaranteed - as it was also ensured when using the preceding models of the tensile and pressure testing instruments. The instrument is perfectly suitable for mobile as well as for stationary applications. |

Norbar's Test Beams are designed for the static calibration of Torque Transducers. They are ideally suited to Norbar's transducers, but can be employed on other manufacturer's equipment.
Torque is generated by the application of a known force at a known radius from the centre of rotation of the torque transducer.
Designed to remove potential sources of measurement error, these beams can be used to calibrate Norbar torque transducers, and torque transducers from other manufacturers (where design permits), as well as mechanical test devices. UKAS length certification is provided with each beam.
The Beams are designed with square drives machined to the top limit of ISO 2725:1987. This minimises any play between the beam and the transducer. However, a combination of square drive tolerances, misalignment of fittings and elastic rotation of the transducer shaft inevitably cause the beam to rotate from the horizontal under load.
Norbar's Radius Ended Beams are designed with a /-8% degree usable arc within which the calibration accuracy is unaffected.
Additionally the beams are designed to apply load on a vertical plane which cuts through the square drive inside the transducer. This minimises bending moments on the transducer and, for safe operation, ensures that the beam will not fall out of the transducer. |

To carry out a precise, repetitive torque measurement,
it is often necessary to use a torsion test stand.
The TWIST, a 1 to 12 NM torsion test stand with combined Torque/Angle measurement provides this function.
The torsion meter enables torsion tests to be made on various samples such as springs, or metal or plastic parts.
It is made up of a horizontal, rigid test stand, with two rails to provide precision guidance.
Its calculating power enables it to record values coming from 2 different sensors simultaneously, monitor the set points and make a calculation for each channel.
On its display, it shows a Torque/Angle graph curve.
It provides the simplest, most versatile system for dealing with the most wide-ranging torsion tests in the workshop or in the laboratory. |

| The Crane Joint Rate Simulator (JRS Opta) is used for assembly tool performance testing. This is achieved by accurate and repetitive simulation of the joint without the use of a threaded fastener. The JRS can be configured across a range of joints from hard (20 degrees) to soft (720 degrees). Once the tool has finished its test cycle, the JRS Opta automatically releases the brake ready for the next test cycle. This has the advantage of speeding up the tool test procedure because there are no fixings to undo and no joint kits to back off and re-grease between test cycles |
