| Waste gas, biogas, off-gas, blast furnace and coke professional oven gas are often used as fuel for boilers, reboilers, industrial furnaces, gas turbines and incinerators. The highly variable BTU content makes it difficult to use these fuels efficiently, safely and with minimum emissions. This professional analyzer directly measures the flow of air needed to burn a flow of a variable composition fuel gas. |

or industrial service where changes in fuel gas or ambient air characteristics will upset the heating process, the mixture output from the combustion controller can be monitored and controlled. The Selas Qual-O-Rimeter Mixture Monitor detects any deviation in flame temperature and automatically adjusts the gas/air ratio to compensate. By connecting the Qual-O-Rimeter sample line immediately downstream of the combustion controller, continuous and accurate correction for gas and ambient air variations is assured before production is affected.
The Selas Qual-O-Rimeter Mixture Monitor is superior to oxygen analysis for temperature-sensitive processes. Pushbutton control, digital display, and microprocessor circuitry assure easy operation and fast-acting response. Built-in alarms and an output for optional professional recorder are also included. |

| The SPA 500 analysis system was developed particularly for the measurement of the oxygen content in steam-heated autolavas during the vulcanization process by rubber products by peroxide (H2O2). The duration of the flushing of the autoclaves manufacturer with water vapor can be reduced by the accurate measurement of the CO2 content. This leads to a clear cost saving. The determination of the optimal starting point and the monitoring of the CO2 content during the entire curing process lead in addition to an improvement of the product quality. The professional analyzer is both in a stationary execution (SPA500S) and in a portable execution (SPA 500P) available. |

Oxygen Flue gas analyzer BA 2000
In combustion applications such as process heaters, steam generation boilers or industrial furnaces, the amount of air needed to reach optimum system efficiency can vary rapidly.
Accurate O2 measurement is also essential in the control of NOx and SOx emissions. Equipped with a fast responding sensor and attached directly to the fire box, this professional analyzer provides immediate information to allow adjustment of the combustion process in real-time.
The BA 2000 is designed to ensure accurate and rapid measurement in most combustion processes. The unique fast loop design continuously provides a fresh sample gas stream to the zirconium oxide sensor. The sensor enclosure is heated to 180 °C to avoid condensation. The zirconium oxide sensor does not need any reference gas. 1-point-calibration of the sensor takes place with instrument air which is also used for the aspirator driving the sample gas. Optionally, a 2-point-calibration may be performed.
The measurement cell is protected against dust and particulates by a heated filter. The filter element can be easily replaced without tools by a 90° turn of the handle. Filter elements are available in ceramic, sintered or pleated stainless steel. The BA 2000 can be used with these industrial filters for dust loads up approx. 2g/m³. When the dust load exceeds this limit, additional in-situ filters are available.
Fast response
Easy replacement of probe and filter
Flue gas temperature up to1600°C
Durable ZrO2 - cell
Ambient temperature -20°C up to 70°C
No reference gas needed
No calibration gas needed
Calibration by instrument air
No gas conditioning needed |

The value is shown on the digital display and a current output is provided.
The BA 4510 has an integrated sample pump. The unit is operated with menu guided keys on the front panel.
For O2 measurement in forming gases, a special version is available.
Measurement cell does not require daily or weekly calibration and is nearly drift free
4 - 20 mA analog output
RS 232-Interface
Internal industrial sampling pump
Simple menu-guided operation
Programmable alarm output |
