The inspection, winding machine, ISN NO STOP,
allows a check the quality of the front and the rear side of the fabric.
Thanks to the linear geometry and to a new system of drew-in of the fabric, the machine is able to check both the fabrics tubular that the fabrics in open, the new system of wrapping allows besides to wind the roll in hourly sense or ant-clockwise.
The machine is excellently for the verification of elastic fabrics to sweater and shuttle.
Besides, thanks to the management from PLC managed to inverter, and to the sensitive system of synchronization and the motorization of all the cylinders of transport fabric, the operator can modify in time real tension plotted and compactness roll.

The OTS 50 is a sensor especially developed for measuring on transparent, parallel and highly reflective surfaces. Directly aimed at the glass industry for on-line control of the production of double glass units, DGU’s, also known as thermo windows.
The sensor is controlling thickness of the window units providing precision measurement of the thickness of one or more glass/acrylic panes. The measuring principle is based on total/direct reflection from one side of the object/window. The OTS 50 sensor is a very rugged and compact unit. All optical and electronic elements are contained in the sensor unit, this is a valuable quality for many industrial applications.

SATIMO designs and manufactures Quality Inspection Systems.
Directly issued of the knowhow of SATIMO in the antenna measurement field, these linear equipments, composed of hundreds of sensors, offer online microwave scanning of products transported on a conveyor belt.
Completing infrared and optical camera as well as x-ray and gamma scanners, the microwave vision capabilities open new possibilities that are not available from other technologies on the market.
Small pockets of moisture can be detected inside the material under test, as well as cavities or inhomogeneous objects, with a resolution in the centimeter range.
The complete density or moisture distribution profiles of large blocks or sheets of non-metallic materials can also be determined, at full production speed and without the safety concerns raised by X-rays or radioactive isotopes.
The main requirement for defect detection using microwaves is that the material under test is fairly non-conductive, in order for the microwaves to be able to propagate through the material. There must also be a detectable contrast between the defect and the surrounding material, i.e. a difference in density, chemical composition, or moisture content.

ATLAS70 is a multi-sensor system for comprehensive mapping of tunnel walls. It includes a visible channel (laser), an infrared channel, a laser profilometer and an odometer.
The aim is to precisely locate and record possible cracks, water infiltrations and electrical cable overheating.

Laser triangulation sensors have proven an ideal technology for measuring thickness of products. Noncontact operation allows accurate measurement of soft, gummy, materials as well as product moving at high speed.
In a typical thickness measuring application, two triangulation sensors are used, one above the material and one below the material. Outputs of the two sensors are compared differentially to determine the material thickness. This approach provides accurate thickness data even if the material location moves up or down.
To measure variations in thickness across the width of a product, the sensors are mechanically scanned over the width of the material.
Moving product often has variation in surface texture, reflectivity or color, so sensor data must not be influenced by these changes. To insure that these variations do not influence sensor performance, LMI includes an automatic gain control feature in each sensor which automatically compensates for any surface changes.
For products that are soft or deformable from contact gaging, or which are abrasive and will wear contact probes, laser triangulation provides an ideal non-contact measurement solution. High frequency response provides detailed information about local thickness variations, even for fast moving product.
