DynaMIC
The DynaMIC operates according to the rebound hardness testing method (standardized according to ASTM A956) using a special signal processing technique that automatically compensates for changes in testing direction. Position the impact devices and read the hardness value - that is hardness testing in a matter of seconds. Different impact devices are available to ensure an optimum match to material and application. The DynaMIC DL Data Logger model can internally store hardness values along with statistical information.
Products Features:
Measurement of hardness independent of impact direction (without input of any correction values) due to patented signal processing
Standardized according to ASTM A956
Automatic conversion of hardness to HV, HB, HRC, HRB, HS, HL and N/mm2
Different impact devices dependant on application:
Dyna D for standard applications
Dyna G for heavy, solid parts
Dyna E for hardness range beyond 650HV
Data Logger version with internal data memory for measurement data and instrument settings
Applications:
Solid, coarse-grained components
Machine parts made of steel and cast aluminum alloys

SHT5000P series are based on SANS SHT5000 series servo hydraulic testing system and improved with side action grips.
This series adopts international advanced side action grip technology and solve the problem of load dropping during large force test and high frequency batch test. Gripping force is auto controlled and stable for tensile test of high strength, high hardness materials, stranded wire, and other hard-to-clamp specimens.
Dual side action allows synchronous clamping specimens and ensures precise center alignment. This deign can also eliminate lateral force on specimens before test which is common in wedge action grips. |

Electro-hydraulically driven Weld Seam Testing Machine, Model 138
A testing machine made to the demand of several customers, to determine the properties of weld seams of Tailored Blanks. These are sheets "made-to-measure" enabling the production of components with optimum weight and function used to a great extent in the manufacture of automobiles to reduce weight. The high-strength metal sheets used require a high punch force for the deep-drawing test. The weld seam testing machine is a special version of our Universal Sheet Metal Testing Machine, Model 142-20, and is provided with a drawing force of max. 200 kN. The four-column frame with integrated test tool enables the test of sheets up to 300 mm wide. The infinitely variable blank holder force can be read on a pressure gauge whilst the deep-drawing index and the required drawing force are displayed digitally. The sensitivity of the integrated crack detector can be adjusted to the sheet metal quality by way of a potentiometer. After specimen failure the machine returns automatically to its initial position. To evaluate and store the measured data, it is possible to connect the machine to a PC using the corresponding interfaces. The Windows based software calculates and displays the measured values from the ERICHSEN cupping test, e. g. index E, elongation at rupture E in %, tensile strength E, n-value E. Furthermore the force-displacement diagram is recorded. Several tests can be shown in a chart. |
|
This machine is mainly used for various materials of tension test, such as metal wire, thin plates, rubber, plastic, composite material, waterproof material, paper, spring, textile, yarn, wire and cable, and for all kinds of adhesive tapes of 90, 180 peel test. The material mechanical property can be obtained automatically according to different criterions, and a complete test report and curve can be printed out.
The Panasonic digital servo is introduced in control system of this machine, and equipped with high accurate pretightening ball screw for driving crosshead, photo-electric encoder for displacement feedback.
Adopt many passages of total digital CTS-500 system of AUTO measuring and controlling , having no the class to adjust, The reading accuracy is ±1% , The speed accuracy is ±1%,The displacement accuracy is ±0.5% , The resolution is 250000 Codes, equal to 7 sections, no subsection in full-measuring, Satisfy the related material experiments the method standard, Control and show automatically in experiment process, Can print the result of experiment, Have various control methods and curve forms, (Include the true stress-strain), The trial report is programmable. |

The growing electromagnetic pollution and the European and international standards require electromagnetic shielding.
The European EMC 89/336 directive affects electric and electronic equipment which can create or be subject to electromagnetic disturbances.
Cabinets and empty enclosures in general do not directly generate any disturbance and are not ruled by the EMC directive.
In order to meet the directive and offer an effective product, Eta has developed a specific Areta cabinet suitable for EMC applications.

MINIFLASH - The new Age of Flashpoint Testing
MINIFLASH is the only series of instruments for the automatic determination of the flashpoint of liquids and solid samples according to the advanced ASTM D7094 standard. This procedure describes the “Standard Test Method for Flash-Point by Modified Continuously Closed Cup (MCCCFP)”, which offers the highest repeatability and reproducibility and an excellent correlation to the D93 Pensky-Martens method: "there is no statistically significant bias observed between ASTM D7094 and ASTM D93 Procedure A” as concluded during the last Round Robin.
Test results are equivalent to other well known standards such as Abel and TAG, and thanks to its unique design MINIFLASH can be used for more difficult applications such as flash-point testing of contaminated samples like diesel fuel in lube oil or gasoline in diesel fuel and for biodiesel testing.
Its continuously closed cup design and small sample volume of only 2 mL offers maximum safety, avoids offensive fumes in the testing area and reduces sample waste.
Due to the true portability and rugged housing, the MINIFLASH is also the perfect solution for mobile labs and military applications.
Features
* Complies exclusively to ASTM D 7094 and ASTM D6450 (Flash-Point by Continuously Closed Cup)
* Maximum Safety: only 2ml sample, no open flame, continuously closed cup, no offensive vapors
* Excellent Correlation to ASTM D93, D56, ISO2719 (EN/DIN 22719), ISO13736, IP170
* Approved by: US D.O.T., RCRA, NATO and the US NAVY
* Approved for the ASTM specifications of recycled fuel and biodiesel
* The world wide standard in the flavors and fragrances industry |
