Hex Key Considerations:
- Hex keys allow insertion and removal by spinning the blade between the fingers.
- Ballend hex keys are far more efficient than a straight hex blade, since they allow quick insertion from a range of angles. Even when working in wide open spaces, a ballend is a real timesaver.
- Easily carried in a pocket.
- Allows working in tight to reach areas.
- Hex keys require an extension handle to reach the full torque capacity of the long arm of the blade.
Bondhus® Advantages:
- Manufactured from Protanium® Steel.
- ProGuard corrosion protection
- The Bondhex case: Keeps blades ordered by size, Blades lock tightly in case with a simple twist, Case can be used in conjunction with blade to increase torque.
- Clean, sharp edges |

SKF Bearing professional fitting tool kit TMFT 36T
TMFT 36, contains 36 impact rings, 3 impact sleeves and a dead-blow hammer packed in a carrying case.
The impact rings are made of high-impact modified polyamide.
The impact sleeves are made of glass fibre-reinforced, high-impact modified polyamide, which is super-tough, strong and lightweight.
The dead-blow hammer has nylon faces and is steel-shot loaded for maximum impact. The welded-on steel handle, with comfortable rubber-grip for good handling, absorbs shock and vibration.
In addition to mounting bearings manufacturers, the TMFT 36 is also suitable for mounting other components such as bushings, professional seals and pulleys. |
|
Professional fitting Tool FT 33
For careful mounting of roller bearings on shafts and cases. Universal use for suppliers of bearings with a bore diameter from 10 to 50 mm. Easily carried in a handy case, including a recoil-free hammer.
3 Impact sleeves and 33 impact rings
No mechanical damage of the bearing
Also suitable for the mounting of sleeves, seals rings, pulleys and so forth |
|
FAG mounting tool sets allow cost-effective and safe mounting of rolling suppliers of bearings with bore diameters of 10 to 50 mm or outside diameters of 16 to 110 mm. They can also be used to easily mount sleeves, intermediate rings, professional seals and similar parts. Tightly fitted inner rings can be driven onto the shaft or outer ring into the housing bore by hitting the mounting sleeve with the hammer. This prevents the mounting forces being transmitted through the rolling elements and raceways, which can lead to damage. The carefully matched FAG precision parts ensure that the forces are uniformly transmitted to the side faces of the bearing rings.
Great care is also required during dismounting. The extraction tool must always be applied to the ring to be removed. Mechanical FAG extractors can be used to dismount small rolling earings up to approx. 100 mm bore diameter that are located with a tight fit on a shaft or in a housing. The extraction force is normally applied by means of a threaded spindle manufacturers. A hydraulic spindle facilitates work with hydraulic FAG extractors for larger rolling bearings. Extraction forces of up to 400 kN (40 tonnes) can be generated in this case. |

Ball Bearing puller BP 61
To remove grooved ball bearings manufacturers efficiently from shafts and cases without dismounting the suppliers of bearing. This ideal tool assortment is suitable for bearing sizes from 10 to 100 mm bore diameter.
6 puller arm sets and 2 threaded spindles in a practical case
Puller arm with a joint in order to guarantee an optimal power transmission on the bearing
User-friendly because of the elastic retaining ring which keeps the puller arms in position
Puller arm made from quality steel |
|
Application:
- For extracting complete rolling suppliers of bearings or tightly fitted inner rings
- Good radial and axial accessibility of the bearing location, possibly slots, required
- Big extractors (spans 390 and 640 mm) can be equipped with a hydraulic spindle manufacturers (suffix H).
Operation:
Depending on bearing size and mounting conditions, the extractor with the suitable dimensions is selected. The span can be adjusted by shifting the lever system on the cylinder. During the extraction process the lever system causes self-locking of the arms and ensures a good grip. Rolling bearing rings that are extracted correctly remain undamaged.
Complete bearings where the extraction force is transmitted through the rolling elements usually become unserviceable. |

The right tool for each job
The variety of workpieces is matched by the variety of deburring requirements - and therefore also the variety of tools required. Different types of tools are used according to the position, shape and thickness of the burrs.
The spectrum ranges from conventional professional brushes with different designs and coating materials through grinding discs, pencil and milling cutters to electroplated industrial diamond tools.
On request, we determine the best possible tool for your sample parts at the KADIA Test Center. We can then provide you with the exact solution for obtaining the optimum economical result.
|
|
Specially developed for the fine deburring of cross-holes.
There are two types:
-The Ceramic Stone Type for point processing and the Alumina fibre Rod Type for simultaneous deburring and inner wall polishing.
-The Ceramic Stone Type is also easy to use with a hand professional grinder.

Deburring tools for chain sprockets
Chain sprocket fetling tools
Developed exclusively to deburr chain sprockets, the specially adapted form of our SPR 1000 deburring tool has exactly the same profile as the flank radius of the gear tooth and therefore prevents the formation of burrs on the lateral surfaces of your gear teeth.
Chain sprocket rolling tools
The form of our chain sprocket rolling tools is again identical to that of the gear tooth profile. The special tapered form of the tool tooth prevents the build-up of material along the gear tooth profile. Material which is built up during the simultaneous deburring operation is pushed back in the direction of the deburring tool, where it is then removed.
These tools are ideal for use on Samputensili chamfering machines with motorised tool heads, but they can also be used on any standard chamfering machine without difficulty as a pair of drive gears is used to vary the rotation speed of the tools in relation to that of the workpiece.

Screwdriving Considerations:
- A good choice when low to medium torque is required or the blade is smaller than 3/16 inches.
- Protects against blade breakage better than any other handle type.
- Allows fast insertion and removal.
- Allows spinning with the fingertips.
- Reaches areas too restricted for operating a T-Handle.
- The utility of the screwdriver handle is greatly extended when mated with a ball end tip.
Bondhus® Advantages:
- The handle core is molded from durable plastic, and designed to last a lifetime.
- The ergonomic design has a comfortable feel in the hand, even after long periods of use.
- A slightly cushioned feel helps to prevent fatigue and improve grip.
- Handle and blade torque are matched, to prevent breaking the tip.
- Bondhus® screwdriver handles, up to 3/16", can generate a screws full recommended seating torque.
- The subtle texture covering the handle provides good grip, even when hands are wet or oily.
- Bondhus® handles will not roll off an inclined or vibrating surface.
- Protanium® Steel
- ProGuard™ dry finish |

| Introducing the classic countersinks + patented RotoDrive Crancked Countersinks. Allows the user to chamfer holes, deep holes and continuous rotation for fast and accurate chamfering. |
|
Clinch studs are inserted through pre-pierced sheets into clinch dies. Initially the hole in the sheet is widened by the calibrating collar. After that, the clinch stud is precentred by means of the calibrating collar. Finally, the sheet material is forced into the annular groove and the Torx locking feature is pressed in. A very high loadcarrying capacity is achieved by means of the patented underhead geometry.
The reduction of production stages and of energy consumption results in considerable cost savings. An additional advantage is the possibility of processing several clinch studs in a single stage. |
|
The tooling can be used with nearly all tool and professional press systems. Standardised components are used normally. This allows very rapid individual setting up of punch blocks and dies. The simple and intelligent construction guarantees reliable function of all system components. Due to the variable options of feeding techniques this system is suitable for small-batch and large-series facilities.
The versatility of applications, the profitableness, and the efficiency of the processing method, as well as the multitude of adcantages compared with traditional joining techniques make more and more users all over the world to rely on this unique system. |
