Burnishing plants are multi-tank machines covered by a professional hook and surmounted by one or more translation industrial carts. The complete treatment generally consists of: degreasing, rinsing, pickling, rinsing, burnishing and in the end oiling or drying. constructions. Irrespective of the condition of your raw materials, they can be pre-treated, de-rusted and
coated with a high gloss paint, all in one single process.
A complete blasting and painting line consisting of individually adapted conveyor supplier systems, a pre-heater, shotblasting machine, paint booth, and a post treatment professional dryer. Conveyor systems can be chosen according to individual requirements, together with roller conveyors, traveling professional grates, and cross transfer equipment, etc. A gas-fired pre-heater unit allows the treatment of wet or even ice-covered material from outside storage. The paint layer produced in the paint booth will be dried in line by the post dryer unit, allowing the handling of the components immediately upon exit for further treatment steps. To reduce energy costs, the final drying process uses waste heat energy from the pre-heater.

SURFOX Weld Professional cleaning system
Brazing of stainless steel produces a discoloration of the surface that must be removed to restore the corrosion resistance of the stainless
steel and to improve its appearance.
The patented Surfox Weld Cleaning System for stainless steel removes heat tint (bluing) and passivates through an electrochemical process. TIG and spot weld discoloration is removed instantly restoring the original mill finish.
Neutralization is accomplished with Surfox-N to complete the cleaning process.
This truly revolutionary system is:
FAST
Cleaning and passivation of a typical TIG weld is done at a speed of 3 feet per minute.
SAFE
Surfox-T electrolyte cleaning liquid is activated for aggressive cleaning through electrolytic action.
EASY TO USE
The cleaning liquid is delivered automatically to the cleaning tip by an integrated pump system – without spills, just the right amount and without stopping the cleaning action.
How it works:
1) SURFOX-T electrolyte solution is delivered to the cleaning tip in measured pump strokes.
2) The special cleaning pad is soaked by the electrolyte.
3) Electric current activates the electrolyte and dissolves the discoloration of the stainless steel (electrochemical deoxidizing).

Shot peening, also called stress peening, is a special surface treatment technology within the field of shot blasting. The objective of this process is to increase the strength and fatigue life of highly stressed components.
In this satellite rotary desk system, bevel industrial wheels of different sizes made of steel, with a single component weight of 150 gm are shot peened. This significantly increases abrasion resistance and operating life. Peening the parts is the primary objective. In addition, the surface of the components is cleaned. The dimensions of the components can vary from 58 mm to 85 mm in diameter, and 18 mm in height. A total of 30 peening programs are stored in the control system for processing the different components.
The system saves energy and money, requiring much less energy than a compressed-air system with a much higher output.
High-intensity shot peening is achieved by a combination of powerful (15 KW) high-performance blast wheels and the very short travel distance between the peening media and the component due to the system's compact construction.
This versatile system allows simultaneous processing of different types of parts. They are placed on parts fixtures in all five segments of the rotary table. |
