Universal crimp applicators (crimping tools) for side- and rear-feed type terminals with mechanical or pneumatic transport. The new generation crimp applicators can be used in both automatic crimping machines and benchtop crimping machines.
With its innovative uni-body design, the UNI-A universal (or mini-style) crimp applicator guarantees highest precision and is universally deployable in all standard crimping presses. Banded terminals with open or closed barrel design can easily be processed.
The lightweight, one-piece construction makes overall handling very easy. Forward-stroke and bellmouth adjustments can be done while the applicator remains mounted in the press.
A particular Schleuniger speciality is the customer-specific tooling of applicators. With years of experience, Schleuniger crimping specialists have a long history of finding solutions for even the most difficult terminals to process. Includes 1m length stop for cutting accurately to length without waste.
Incorporates cutters for 4 profiles of rail, plus copper earth rail 10mm x 3mm.
Successive operations of the machine are used to punch elongated holes at each end of the rail. One hole is in line with the rail, the other hole is at right angles to the rail.
Standard hole size is 6.4mm x 12mm. Alternative punch sizes are available.

As single plugs approach their pressure limits, they can tend to tip over like a butterfly valve. The double plugs will prevent the tipping and guarantee the seal.
They are manufactured with 0.5", 1" and 2" outlets.
The standard seals are made from natural rubber and special rubber seals are available for chemical applications, where greater resistance is required.
All plugs conform to British Standards BS 8005 for low pressure testing and sealing of pipes.

The 314 Beveler was created for quick set-ups and weld end preparations on pipe and tube diameters form 3" to 14" OD. Reliable and torque-free operation is accomplished with an automatic three jaw locking system that automatically centers the pipe beveling machine to the bore of the piping to be machined. Using the automatic chuck system, installation of the mandrel can be accomplished in less than one minute. The 314 pipe beveling machines also have an optional miter mandrel system for mounting in valves, fittings and short perch applications. The cutting head of the 314 Beveler is made of 4140 steel for rigidity and long life. The 3 cutting tool slots accept all configurations of high-speed form tool blades for versatile operation. The 314 Beveler is capable of form tool beveling, facing and ID counter-boring in one operation.

Pace1 Press
Pace1 Press is the first battery operated pre-assembling machine for cutting rings. It's weight is only 7kg and that makes it very easy to use. It is designed for 6-42mm pipes and there is plenty of force even for stainless steel assemblies. Pressure is fully adjustable.
