Schleuniger is THE specialist for stripping wires and cables of all kind. The family of CoaxStrip machines represents more than 20 years of experience in multiple layer stripping with unmatched precision. Processing of coaxial cable, triaxial cable or shielded cable with an inner diameter as small as 0.07 mm (0.003'') or AWG 42 up to 15 mm (0.59'') outer diameter.
All CoaxStrip machines are fully programmable and offer a great variety of additional functions such as way-back or PC software Iguana for wire list management. Up to 9 individually programmable stripping steps can be conducted on one wire end.
Schleuniger also offers automatic solutions for cutting & stripping coaxial or shielded cables. Other stripping machines for discrete wire, single conductor wire, flat ribbon cable, multi-core cable and Glass Optical Fiber (GOF) cable are also available from Schleuniger. |

Manufactured from nylon, an engineering polymer resistant to salt water corrosion and many chemicals gives them a high quality leak tight seal in the selected orifice.
There are two types:
A solid shaft version with five sizes from 0.5 inch up to 1.5 inch.
and
A hollow shaft version with eleven sizes from 0.5 inch to 6 inch inclusive.
All plugs have:
A central spindle/shaft on which two plates are fitted with a natural rubber tyre/ring between them a wing nut on the shaft moving the two plates together compressing the tire and making the seal in the pipe or orifice.
Natural rubber tyres which can be substituted for different rubbers where additional chemical and/or heat resistance is required.
Alternative rubber rings options are: Silicone, Nitrile & Viton)

The hollow shaft version with sizes from 0.5 inch to 6 inches allows:
Water or gas to be injected or drained as required.
Sizes of 1.5 inch and above are threaded with a half inch BSP for the connection of standard nuts/hose fittings is provided with a solid end cap seal are fully demountable for cleaning and parts replacement.
Optional end caps are available with fixed nipples/nozzles for hose connection or free nipples which can rotate when heavier hoses are used. |

Our pneumatic crimp machine LPR 3225E is used for simpler products where you don’t need an openable crimp head. It may be tuner sockets for power steering, air conditioning, fuel, brake or other industrial applications with sheet metal socket (bubble profile). For a tuner application it has sensors for hose, tuner and socket in position, to verify that all parts are in position before allowing the crimp cycle to begin.
The machine is simple and small and needs only 6 bar air and 230V, 50/60 Hz.
It can be delivered with a vertical or a horizontal head.

The SML-F has been designed for the larger panel-builder producing floor-standing control panels which require quantities of round and square holes in proprietary, pre-painted enclosures. By using a foot pump, there is less operator fatigue and both hands are free to position the punch.
It uses standard SML 3-point industrial duty punches made from tool steel, hardened and ground. The design of the 3-point punch guarantees that the blank is easily removable from the die. Square and rectangular punches are machined from single blocks of high grade tool steel to give maximum strength and dimensional accuracy.
The foot pump has a smooth and powerful action. Pressure release is by means of a toe operated side lever to avoid bending down.
This is a 2-speed pump for rapid operation with automatic pressure limiting for safety.
An 11mm pilot hole is required for punches up to 26mm diameter. For hole sizes above this, a 20.5mm pilot hole is needed and this can be made using a standard 20.5mm punch and die.
The method of operation is exactly the same as for the SML-H.
A plastic carrying case is available as an optional extra.

The BUG-O Portable Plate Beveling Machine, PBM 2000, is a machining tool that allows anyone to produce perfect bevels everytime. The machine is easily adjusted to cut any bevel angle between 30 to 60 degrees and has a maximum cutting depth of 3/4" (20mm). The PBM-2000 uses a powerful 1-1/2 horsepower motor with a dual milling head that has 12 indexable cermetalic inserts which increase metal removal. With its specially designed handle, low noise, low vibration and a weight of 42 pounds the PBM-2000 is extremely ergonomic. Optional pipe beveling attachment available for 6 1/4" (159mm) diameter or larger.

The US series portable pipe beveling tools
are designed for high quality bevels, facing
and machining on pipe and tube for weld
preparations on all machinable alloy pipes
including stainless steel, duplex, super duplex,
inconel or any others.
With their wide range, they are perfect from
the smallest boiler tube application up to a
24” pipe heavy wall. They can all be equipped
with different motors with a wide selection of
horse power, electrical, or hydraulical drive.
Their rugged design features self accepting
torque system and self centering inner
clamping, which allow one skilled operator to
perform alone and extremely quickly, multiple
machine-like bevels, avoiding the dangerous
and slow grinding operation.

- Can be used as scrap chopper synchronized with the press or on its own.
- Synchronism with the press is effected by a proximity sensor reading off one of the press cams or by a microswitch contact.
- There is a fixed lower blade and the upper blade and the upper blade is mobil and inclined like a guillotine.The blades are manufactured from hardened and ground steel.
