The SEK500 and SEK600 series weld heads provide precision and repeatability for thousands of dollars less than similar weld heads. The SEK weld head activates the weld at a user defined pressure setting. This ensures that welds will be repeatable for small and large production runs.
The SEK500 series is designed to meet the needs of the battery manufacturing sector, while the SEK600 series weld heads are designed for general fine spot opposed resistance welding. The SEK500A and SEK600A are air actuated while the SEK500B and SEK600B use a foot pedal to lower the weld head. Air actuation has advantages in ease of use and convenience for high volume applications. The manual foot pedal weld heads have a lower initial cost and are well suited for short periods of use. |

The UNI-BUG III will make continuous or intermittent stitch welds. The machine will mount and run directly on the work piece. Each carriage is designed to fit on a specific steel profile.
The UNI-BUG III features stitch welding which is programmable by distance. If you require stitch welding simply set the selector switch to the intermittent weld setting and program the length of weld, skip and required delay for pre-flow and burn back.

The Trailing Shields are designed for high quality gas coverage of:
Titanium.
Duplex steels.
Stainless steels.
and other reactive metals while welding.
They can be supplied to fit any make of TIG (GTAW) or plasma (PAW) welding torch for manual and automatic welding on pipes, vessels or flat plate.
By using a Trailing Shield, welds will be left bright and shiny without discoloration and oxidation.
Trailing Shields will:
Reduce gas consumption!
Save re-work!
Eliminate wasted material costs due to oxidation.
Each radiused Trailing Shield is manufactured to suit the specific diameter of the pipe, tube, vessel or tank to be welded. They can be configured for either outside or inside welding.
The Flat Trailing Shields for flat plate, sheet and rectangular tanks and fabrications are available in:
Small lightweight versions for manual welders.
Larger, slightly heavier versions, for attaching to automatic/mechanized welding systems.
Both permit faster welding while maintaining a perfect gas shield.

Huntingdon Fusion Techniques Limited is proud to introduce a new TIG welding electrode material.
The Multi-Strike Tungsten (MST) electrode has been developed with the health and saftey of the end user in mind!
Bringing you a:
* Non-Thoriated * Non-Radioactive * Non-Carcinogenic
The MST has a SPECIAL BLEND of dopants to allow the Tungsten to perform at high, low and medium current ranges on both DC TIG (GTAW) welding suitable for Steels and alloys as well as AC TIG (GTAW) welding of Aluminium and its alloys.
This SPECIAL BLEND of dopants greatly enhances electrode life multipling the number of strikes per tungsten.
UP TO 10 TIMES THE PERFORMANCE OF 2% THORIATED |

IntelliFlow IV is an integral water saver with flow monitoring and leak detection capabilities for use in Automotive Robotic Welding applications.
The IntelliFlow detects flow TO and FROM the robot cell. The unit also has a second monitoring process so that external redundant flow sensors
can be eliminated and a water temperature sensor. IntelliFlow has been a successful product which is easy to use while providing the benefits of a
product which can reliably detect ‘cap off’ and low flow conditions on automotive welding robots. A single IntelliFlow has been able to successfully monitor as many as 20 welding guns and has been well received by customers. These sensors have a redundant circuit that can monitor the actual water flow even when IntelliFlow is in bypass. During normal operation the supply and return flow rates should be the same and the FLOW OK message should be displayed. A micro processor constantly compares the supply and return flow rates and reports a fault if these flow rates are not equal (or within the user programmed tolerance). Additionally, the user can program a low flow rate value to create a fault when insufficient water flow is detected. A precision sensor monitors water temperature and displays it in real time. A fault signal will be sent if water temperature becomes over your desired threshold. IntelliFlow is DeviceNet capable as an option. |

Water Soluble Purge Film
British manufactured product, it comes in a kit comprising:
A 20 metre length of 1 metre wide film folded in half and wound on a spool.
Two bottles of the adhesive.
A slitting knife to quickly cut the dams.
A comprehensive manual with instructions for use with hints and tips for weld purging.
Description applies to standard Purge Film Kit.
The use of Water Soluble Film for manufacture of purging dams is well proven and the Water Soluble Film gives superior results over all other water soluble products.
It can be used for:
Stainless, Duplex and chrome-moly steels & Titanium.
The purge material makes dams which produce an impenetrable purge barrier but which can easily be washed away when hydrostatically testing the pipe or just by normal wash out.
It dissolves away completely without leaving any fibres to clog up filters or other sensitive parts in a system and it is strong in all directions so that it can maintain a good gas barrier throughout the purging process.
Trace element certification can be provided to show that purge film does not contain any harmful elements and that the quantity of halides is well below the permissible levels.
The film and adhesive are completely biodegradable and all packaging materials are recyclable.

Miyachi’s range of checkers provide the ability to monitor the variables that result in changes in weld heat such as current and time. Other factors that affect weld quality can also be monitored , such as voltage, displacement and force.

| The improvement of the conventional welding methods, the widespread use of the laser welding as well as subsequent treatments e.g. annealing and coating have made the automatic detection of the tube weld seam in many manufacturing processes such as in tube and pipe benders or hydroforming a demanding task for modern sensor technology . This applies both to the weld seam detection in tubes as well as to flat stock e.g. coils. Therefore, the use of special sensors designed for special tasks, digital signal analysis with microprocessor or PC-based control systems have received our special attention. |

CEPRO® offers an extensive product package to provide shielding against sparks and welding spatters. The choice depends on the type of risk, the frequency of use, the proximity of the spark source and the different environmental factors. Products can be supplied for horizontal applications (welding blankets) or vertical solutions (curtains). In a great many cases it is also necessary and possible to supply custom made products.
CEPRO®-CLEAR see-through curtains and strip curtains are resistant to all grinding sparks flying around and also offer a view of the work area. All CEPRO®-CLEAR products are M-2 flame extinguishing. They offer an excellent protection to nearby co-workers who can work without any risk of burns or damage to products.
CEPRO® heat resistant screens and curtains of fibreglass or silicate fibres offer a high degree of protection against welding spatters and important showers of sparks. To shield costly materials CEPRO® supplies welding fabrics and blankets with different cooling times which can resist temperatures of 550°C to 1200°C. They can be supplied with different types of coatings for increased mechanical load-bearing capacity, higher peak temperatures, prolonged heat contact etc.

Based on the pneumatic clamp concept, this system is designed for better accessibility because of the narrow form.
The electrode arm opens to 90° allowing easy part load/unload thus eliminating additional slides or pivot units.
The welding clamp sits in a equalizing mount and generates welding forces of up to 600 kg.

Our line of products is entirely researched and designed to meet the requirements of prevailing standards, your comfort and aesthetic appeal.
Active welding filters provide continuous protection against UV/IR emissions, heat, sparks and projectiles. The degree of protection provided by the filter is designed to avoid blinding by the electric arc.
When an electric arc is activated, active welding filters darken automatically. When the arc is extinguished, they go back to their initial transparent state. Thus, active welding filters free up both of the welder’s hands, which saves time, helps avoid fatigue and ensures much better quality, because the arc can be positioned more accurately.
