Integrated Fluidic Platforms
When designing a custom fluid circuit, utilizing a precision drilled or bonded laminated plastic manifold offers advantages over traditional methods such as tubing and fittings. The advantages of state-of-the-art integrated fluid circuits is the elimination of entangled tubing paths and possible leak points. A fluid circuit design can incorporate extraordinarily small fluid channels (less than .020" cross section), and because we can use several layers of plastic, multi-layer fluid paths can overlap each other. A circuit can incorporate valves, pumps, check-valves, liquid chambers, and filters.

Parker’s RM02 Liquid Line Manifolds help optimize coil efficiency, thus decreasing coil and overall unit size. The manifolds are used on slab coils, A-coils, condenser coils, package air-conditioning units and package heat-pump units. Different orifice restrictors can be installed in each leg to balance coils.
* Fixed restrictors for air-conditioning systems or cartridge restrictors for heat pumps are available in the legs of the liquid line manifold.
* Orifice sizes of the restrictor are clearly stenciled on the manifold legs for easy identification.
* Manifold assemblies can be 100% helium-tested by Parker for flow and leakage to ensure quality and proper restrictor sizes in each leg.

REFRIGERANT INDUSTRIAL MANIFOLD
Type M Dual Stop Valve Manifolds allow for two relief valves to be mounted. This arrangement permits either valve to be shut off individually and removed for repairs or inspection. Thus, one valve is always in service as required by most codes

The Series 75 manually operated pinch valve is the number-one selling pinch valve in the world today. The Series 75 is a reliable, maintenance-free, cost-effective valve designed for tough slurries, abrasives, and corrosive-chemical applications. The Series 75 full port design eliminates any dead spots or crevices, seats or bearings where slurry can hang up and impair operation or even cause complete valve failure.

High capacity in open position and low cost. SOMAS manual valves fulfill these requrements, and we have a number of valves in our product line suitable for use as manual valves. The SOMAS full-flow ball valve SKV achieves very low flow resistance in the open position and is therefore an excellent choice for use as a manually operated valve.
SOMAS butterfly valves have, due to their robust, maintenance-free construction and comparatively low price also become a good alternative for use as manual valves.

SERIES 730 MASS FLOW CONTROL VALVES
The Series 730 Mass Flow Control Valves were designed by Dr. Jerry Kurz in about 1980 to provide a simple, compact electrically operated, precise metering valve for applications requiring a high flow rate turn-down ratio. The unique Kurz design utilizes a rotor having a helical shape machined into its bottom face, opposite an inlet orifice and an outlet orifice. The diameter, separation and the helical depth were designed to provide a nearly linear flow coefficient (Cv) with angular rotation. A simple high torque gearmotor (24 VDC) was selected for cost and simplicity. Since the Series 730 is a "fail-as-is" design, the motor is only used when changes are required, which greatly extends the motor life. The Series 730 combines the electric drive motor, the valve body, rotor and limit switches into a well-designed, integrated package. The typical turn-down ratio is 50:1, due to the incorporation of a pressure assisted shut-off disk which becomes active near the shut-off position. The Cv range is from 0.05 to 10.0 in three convenient body sizes. The Series 730 is constructed of 316L stainless steel, with Viton O'Rings and an o'ring sealed motor cover. It operates as a two-wire loop-powered device normally powered and controlled by one of the Series 155 Mass Flow Computers and used with a Kurz In-Line Mass Flow Element. The inlet and outlet fittings are Schedule 40 pipe with MNPT end connections or Class 150 flanges. Because of its rotary design, the Series 730 is not as affected by abrupt line pressure changes as are pneumatic control valves

A Multiport selector manifold is a multiport valve that is used to replace traditional production and test oil field manifolds. It is sometimes called a ManiFlow diverter valve (MDV).
This valve replaces multiple valves and extensive piping in oil field applications and as a result significantly reduces operating costs.
The SchuF MDV has up to eight inlets, a test outlet and one main or production outlet. Typical sizes are from 1 inch (DN25) to 12 inches (DN300) and up to ASME 900 pressure class.
|
|
|
SchuF designs and manufactures a range of standard and special diverter valves. Many of our multiport diverter valves are exclusive designs for critical processes and often for severe applications. They are widely used in the PTA, Petrochemical, Polymer & Plastics, as well as Refinery industries.
