Both of our inline pinch valves offer a smooth internal profile suitable for powders, granules, slurries, liquids and gases in gravity, pressure and vacuum conveying ducts and pipelines. They are easily installed and require minimal maintenance. The hand operated anvil type piston closes a reinforced rubber sleeve by pinching it, while compressed air or suitable fluid accomplishes a bubble-tight seal on a heavy duty elastomer sleeve in the pneumatic version.

Introduced and patented by Red Valve, the air -actuated Type A Pinch Valve offers a unique, cost-effective solution to flow control problems. More Red Valve Type A Valves are in use than any other Pinch Valve throughout the world. The secret is in the rubber sleeve - the valve’s only wetted part.
Actuation of the valve, the pinching action is accomplished by air or hydraulic pressure placed on the sleeve. The valve body acts as a built-in actuator, eliminating costly pneumatic, hydraulic, or electric actuators. Adding air pressure within the annular space between the body and the sleeve can open, throttle, or close the valve.

Red Valve Pinch Valves are able to outlast conventional metal valve designs because of the unmatched abrasion resistance of our elastomer sleeves. The sleeve is the heart of every Pinch Valve, providing the valve lining, flange gaskets, and seating surface all in one. Since the sleeve is the only wetted part of the valve, there is no need for expensive metal alloys to be used in the body of the valve. This design also eliminates fugitive emissions, and the packing and seats that are responsible for most valve maintenance. And since the sleeve is the only wetted part, it is also the only replacement part. The sleeve is constructed much like a heavy-duty truck tire, with bias-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber providing the structural support of the sleeve.

ODE presents the new solenoid valves 21JP and 31JP plastic series in order to preserve the machines from the oxidation phenomenon, from the more and more felt problem of lead and nickel release in food applications. This type of solenoid valve is suitable for applications in areas such as Vending, Coffee Machines, Pneumatics, Sterilization and other.
The new ODE 21JP and 31JP plastic solenoid valves series is characterized by the body entirely made in high quality PPS, that besides being fully compatible with applications of brass version, can reduce the limestone sedimentation ensuring a better product life. The high quality technopolymer used for this solenoid valves series is resistant against chemical and physical agents, allowing so their usage with and multiple fluids low pressure steam up to 140 ° C. The valves have 4 fixing holes ensuring interchangeability with the brass series and giving wider mounting flexibility. This new series has been subjected to numerous tests, including tests in ambient temperature and fluid for 900 hours, thermal stress and life cycles tests. Obviously all tests have been performed in real life applications. The available series includes 2/2 way N.C. and 3/2 way N.C solenoid valves, with the possibility to obtain the NSF approval and on demand the UL approved coil. The 21JP series works with coils 2.5W as well as 5W for energy savings purposes and lower operating temperatures.

The new air operated pinch valves- Type VMP Compact
The compact pinch valves were developed for the automatic shutt off and dosing of several bulk and solids, for example: powder, granule, paste, suspensions, pellets and fibrous medium.
Furthermore the VMP-Compact valves get used for the shut off of dust or compressed air.
The air operated pinch valves of the series VMP-Compact are available in seven diameters, (DN010-DN050) with standard internal pipe thread according to DIN ISO 228 or NPT and optional specifications.
A selection of three different materials made in POM (Polyoxymethylen) allows the VMP-compact pinch valves to be used on food (POM nature white) and outdoor (POM black) applications, also available in POM conductive for ex-areas (EX).
Reduced weight, low maintenance, easy to re-sleeve and very cost effective are just a few of the new VMP pinch valve advantages.

Winnow with diaphragm MUCON
A range supplements valves with diaphragm for the powders and the powders, with models for all industries.
The diaphragm is out of fabric or rubber. Only a column of product rests on the diaphragm and the unit is very robust.
The closing of the diaphragm is soft and does not damage the conveyed products (ideal for the gélules, compressed, confectioneries etc...).
These valves are completely tight and have a compactness.
Thanks to the concentric closing of the diaphragm, the flow could be controlled and a proportioning could be carried out. Diameter 50mm with 450mm according to model. Hand drive operation, motorized electric or pneumatic. Material: aluminum or stainless steel.

MODEL 6600 SERIES is a non-bleed valve and has successfully been put to rigorous leak tests and is designed as a panel mount unit for easy assimilation into sensitive analytical equipment. The MODEL 6800 SERIES is a type of check valve to obtain a constant level of pressure upstream of the valve. It makes it easier and speedier to control pressure in the tank with a large buffer, and siphoning, operations that were rather difficult with a secondary control valve commonly in use.

General Description

There are 2 types of Series PC valves. Series PCM valves can be adjusted for required flows after being installed. Series PCK valves are factory-set for a specified flow and are not adjustable by the user
