KOFLOC 6600/6800
The KOFLOC Pressure Regulating Valve MODEL 6600 SERIES is a compact, lightweight precision pressure regulator with superior repeatability to provide reliable and speedy regulations. MODEL 6600 SERIES is a non-bleed valve and has successfully been put to rigorous leak tests and is designed as a panel mount unit for easy assimilation into sensitive analytical equipment. Components are carefully cleaned before assembly, making this product ideal for used as a component of high-sensitivity instruments for analysis or other R&D activities. The MODEL 6800 SERIES is a type of check valve to obtain a constant level of pressure upstream of the valve. It makes it easier and speedier to control pressure in the tank with a large buffer, and siphoning, operations that were rather difficult with a secondary control valve commonly in use.
FEATURES

Series PC (Pressure Compensated)
General Description
These valves are designed to regulate flow at a selected rate then maintain this flow constant within ?5% as inlet and outlet pressures may vary. However, changes in fluid temperature will prevent flow from holding constant.
There are 2 types of Series PC valves. Series PCM valves can be adjusted for required flows after being installed. Series PCK valves are factory-set for a specified flow and are not adjustable by the user |

Proportional pressure relief valves |
|
These high-pressure proportional relief valves regulate pressure and protect hydraulic circuits at pressures to 15 000 psi (1040 bar). Electrohydraulic models provide remote control of the relief valve setting, proportional to a variable electrical input signal.
Models are available compatible with Viscor and other calibration fluids, Skydrol and other phosphate ester fluids, various military fluids, and other special low-viscosity fluids.
Configurations include manifold mounted or line connected. Optional integral vent valve provides remote pressure control.
Two models available:
Rated to 50 US gpm at 15 000 psi (190 L/min at 1040 bar);
Rated to 75 US gpm at 9000 psi (284 L/min at 620 bar).

Many industrial applications require very robust valves which are resistant to thermal shocks and dusty or damp conditions.
They must be able to transport liquids such as steam of more or less good quality, high pressure hot water, hot or cold liquids, corrosive liquids, inert gasses or the vacuum.
Application sectors involved:
- rubber vulcanization
- dry cleaning and industrial cleaning
- iron and steel
- sugar
- boilers
The new 298/398 range with its stainless steel body, has all the qualities that these industries require.
- a resistance of 2 million cycles of saturated steam
- a working pressure up to 40 bar
- a bidirectionnel passage
- anti-pressure surge by design
- a large operating pressure range from 1 to 10 bar
- use of noble materials in order to work with liquids with temperatures from - 10 to more than 250°C and in atmospheres with temperatures from - 25 up to 180°C.
Thanks to its water and dust protection system, the valve when mounted in any position may be placed on the outside.
Robust but also highly effective, the 298/398 range is equipped with the latest technological advances which markedly increase its reliability (new generation valve). |
