All Olcomponents block pipe clamps can be equipped with cover and base plates, mouting rails and accessories for overlapped clamps.

The FW pipe, a fiber reinforced plastic pipe consisting of FRP and resin mortar, is used for pipelines carrying agricultural or sewage water. Since FW pipes are strong and have excellent hydraulic characteristics, corrosion resistance, earthquake resistance, and workability, they are widely utilized in both new construction and renovating applications.

Pipes out of polyethylene may be applied across the range of high energy radiation. Pipes out of PE are well established for drainage of radioactive sewage water from laboratories arvj as cooling water piping systems for the nuclear energy industry. The usual radioactive sewage waters contain beta and gamma rays. PE piping systems do not become radioactive, even after many years of use. Also in environment of higher radio activity, pipes out of PE are not damaged if they are not exposed during their complete operation time to a larger, regularly spread radiation dose of < 10 i Gray.

MULTI-THERM™ 500 is the best drainable, dryable and testable, prefabricated, preinsulated piping system for the distribution of low to super heated high pressure steam, high temperature hot water and general fluid transportation systems. The outer conduit is insulated with polyurethane foam insulation and has a jacket of filament wound fiberglass or extruded HDPE jacket. MULTI-THERM™ 500 is a smooth wall, spiral welded, 10 gauge steel conduit. Single or multiple steel carrier pipes can be insulated with any type of pipe insulation. We recommend mineral wool that has passed a certified boiling test. Other options for this piping system include a Leak Detection and Location system.

POLYTHERM® is a fiberglass jacketed, spray applied polyurethane foam insulated piping system for above and below ground distribution of liquids from -320°F to 250°F. PERMA-PIPE's multi-directional filament winding process produces a high strength fiberglass reinforced polyester resin jacket over the insulation for maximum protection from the environment. This high-strength fiberglass jacket is applied to systems having an outside diameter as large as 48 inches. Electric heat tracing is an option with this system.
POLYTHERM®'s spray insulation process assures void-free insulation. By applying insulation before the jacket is applied, complete visual inspection of the insulation is performed. This process assures void-free insulation and therefore, maximum thermal efficiency to provide optimum performance of cryogenic and heat thermal distribution systems. The POLYTHERM® system is fully engineered to job specifications, thereby reducing field costs by providing custom made, factory-fabricated fittings which reduce the number of field connections as compared to the field kit method.

This heat transport pipe consists of an inner pipe with a layer of thermal insulating material, and a reinforcing layer formed around the inner pipe. Responding to the need for transporting heated mediums such as steam, and heated or chilled water, this product has been developed and is contributing to the efficient use of energy. For example, heat transport pipes have been installed in area-wide air conditioning systems and other facilities that utilize excess and waste heat or geothermal energy.

Drainable, dryable and testable, prefabricated this secondary contained piping system is designed for the distribution of jet fuel, radioactive waste, bio-process waste and chemical transfer.
