DESCRIPTION:
PA61 ball float air eliminator is designed to automatically discharge air/gas present in liquid systems. This means no liquid loss occurs as with manual venting.
SALIENT FEATURES:
Improves circulation of pressurized liquids
SIZES: 15, 20
CONNECTIONS: Screwed (NPT / BSPT / BSP)
|
|
The Liquid Controls Optical Air Eliminator is designed for use with LectroCount® Electronic Registers. It provides for the efficient elimination of air and vapor with virtually no moving parts and without the need for floats, guide rods, reed strips, and valve plates. An optical sensor, installed in the wall of the air eliminator, is used to monitor the liquid level. The presence or absence of
liquid at the sensor level activates or deactivates a solenoid located at the top of the air eliminator. The Optical Air Eliminator requires the use of a solenoid
operated valve such as the E-7 or A2848-11 supplied by Liquid Controls.

Tech-Taylor Valve
The Tech-Taylor Valve is a dual or triplex free ball check valve used to isolate pumps mounted in parallel.
Features
-Self operating - no actuator required
-Fully rubber lined slurry valve
-Minimal pressure drop
|
|
|
The closing system consists of a self-cleaning ball which is lifted by the fluid and guided to a lateral housing, completely out of the way. This system ensures an unrestricted flow, even for liquids carrying waste materials, without risk of a blockage. This all-purpose range is also suitable for use with aggressive liquids and in industrial processes.

Donadon SDD manufactures metal and composite rupture discs according to norm EN ISO 4126-2. Available models are recommended for use with liquids and gases under static, cyclic or pulsating conditions.
Donadon discs are also recommended for protection of pressure relief valves.
Installation may be in disc holders, directly between flanges, or on threaded fittings.
Standard range covers diameters from ½” to 400”, rupture pressures from 0,01 to 4000 bar, operating temperatures from -196 to + 450°C.
Standard materials are Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Nickel, Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy; membranes are available in PTFE or metal.
Accessories like vacuum supports, linings, calibration rings, rupture indicators and manometers are also available.
Donadon SDD is glad to address special requirements and to develop designs in collaboration with customers

Specialists in rupture discs (rupture disks), bursting discs and the isolation of pressure relieve valves, Fike has nearly 60 years of experience in understanding pressure relief systems. Fike has specific rupture disc products for different applications, rupture isolation procedures for pressure relief valves (safety relief valves), rupture disc calculation tools and rupture disc accessories and holders.

|
There are various different types of signalling systems to deliver a feed back from the responding bursting disc. There are integrated or refit as well as seperate and individual models.
The basic principle is an intrinsically safe low voltage power circuit that is interrupted when the disc responds. The interruption is caused by tearing a smart wire or thin foil apart or by breaking a special detection pin. This signal can be implemented into the local control panel, monitoring system or just trigger an alert or alarm device. In connection with purpose designed monitoring units and separation amplifiers the use of such signalling devices and membranes is suitable for hazardous areas (Ex).
|
|
Donadon offers a wide range of rupture indicators based on different technologies (electric, magnetic, optical, and inductive) in order to satisfy the requirements of all applications of rupture discs and explosion venting panels
• SVT/AT: electric for rupture discs
• IRP: electric for explosion venting panels
• NAM 03/HT: magnetic
• NAM 05/AT: inductive
• OFI 04 e 07: optical
The rupture indicators detect the bursting of the disc or panel and is connected to the plant’s safety system, allow timely actions
|
|
Donadon SU rupture disc is a sealed unit formed by a conventional disc with solid calibrated section mounted in a threaded connector.
This unit has been designed in order to make easy and reliable mounting small discs in plant environment and to simplify the handling without need of specialized manpower.
SU disc is suitable for use with gases and liquids in static or pulsating conditions.
It reacts to over-pressure in a few thousands of a second and is recommended for protection of plants, equipments and containers.

Description: This Ultra Miniature low cracking pressure check valve permits free flow in one direction and no (checked) flow in the opposite direction. This valve is specified in many applications because of its very low cracking pressure (typically less than 0.5 psig), its excellent repeatability, and leak-tight peration. Custom variations of barbed and threaded bodies are available. Contact the factory for details.
Material: Brass or 303 stainless steel.
Seals: Silicone. Optional materials: EPDM, Viton® and FFKM (Perfluoroelastomer)

CHECK VALVES
ART. 001
The check valve has been one of the strong points of Ratti’s production. In fact, article 001 was the first product developed back in 1974.
This valve is filed from a full sturdy 316L bar of European certified make.
The valves have cylindrical gas female die connections, and the diameters available are as follows:1/4”, 3/8”,1/2”,3/4”, 1”, 1.1/4”, 1.1/2” and 2”.
Inside the valve his piston is supported on two points, in order to keep excellent alignment during any assembling position; these two supports are furnished with special millings to allow the passage of fluid with as least loading losses as possible, in comparison to the classic “drilled disc”.
The standard capacity of the valve is made in certified PTFE but it is also available in silicone, glass, copper or stainless steel upon request.
ART. 048
This valve was projected by Ratti to facilitate the dismantlement and cleaning process, in observation of pharmaceutical and bio-technologic plant regulations.
Innovation is the result of the use of an auto-aligning PTFE piston, and the conic support spring.
They are the only components present inside the valve.
The internal finishing is strictly lower than 0,4 Ra, the external part of the valve is polished and laser-marked indicating the direction of the assemblage, the dimension of the valve, the type of steel used, and the number of the tapping from the steelworks.
The semi-bodies are joined through a Tri-Clamp connection and they are filed from a sturdy 316L stainless steel full bar of European certified make.
The dimensions available are as follows: 1/2, 3/4”, 1”, 1.1/2”, 2” and 2.1/2”.
