Pick-to-Light System
This paperless pick-to-light system (order picking systems) may be used for directed picking (pulling) product or directed putting (placing) product as an economical alternative to manual picking or putting (placing) of product for lower volume operations. It is designed to electronically assist sorting personnel in pulling (pick) or placing (put) SKU's to meet order requirements. It removes the thinking and reading aspect at the pick or put level by using a scanner or other input to identify an order and lights and numbers to identify product and pick/put quantity.
System Benefits of Pick-to-Light System
-Sorting and picking productivity is more than doubled over manual picks.
- Substantially reduced interpretation errors since orders and bar codes are scanned and not read.
- Sortation and picking accuracy is greatly increased due to directed picks/puts.
- Real-time order tracking.
- Seamless integration with the overall processes
Common Features of Pick-to-Light System
- Windows graphical user interface
- Seamless integration with existing Warehouse Management Systems and Conveyor Control Systems
-Modular design for growth
- Open database connectivity for easy creation of reports
- Low cost automated solution

Voice picking systems are extremely efficient for many reasons. One of the greatest efficiencies is a user's eyes are not toggling between paper and pick modules. It is a truly hands free picking envirornment for devices and inputs. The nature of voice directed picking is such that users are only focused on where to go and quantity to pick. Instructions come through the system in real time versus stacks of pick tickets. This greatly reduces errors because users also verify with the system what was picked without manual entry. Installation of a voice picking system typically produce immediate 15% increase in efficiency and accuracy.

LYRA is a dynamic storage system adapted:
- to the way orders are prepared.
- to the creation of buffer stocks in production areas.
LYRA guarantees savings of time and surface area, thus generating excellent productivity.
Products are placed on the shelving on the loading side and move by gravity to the retrieval side (FIFO).
When a product is retrieved, the next one positions itself within reach, replacing the retrieved unit.
LYRA significantly cuts down transit times and the risk of errors, while at the same time ensuring good stock flow, immediate accessibility, and clarity and ergonomics of presentation.
Thanks to the compactness of the storage system, the surface area is increased by 25-40%.
The installation of racks at more or less depth assures better access to products and perfect visibility.
LYRA also offers the possibility of picking by groups, series or in parallel, allowing the picking areas to be precisely defined.
Handling circuits associated with the LYRA dynamic allow order fillers to shorten distances and increase the number of prepared order lines.
This ensures tireless preparation at a sustained high pace

Superior Visibility and
Access at Pick-Point
The Pick ShelfTILT lets pickers easily spot and reach product for rapid, accurate picks right from the master carton.
Maximizes Product Density
The tilt assists product flow right to the pick face. Virtually the entire shelf surface is available for dense product placement and total use of the cube.
Easy "Drop-In" Installation
Tilted Pick Shelf quickly turns YOUR standard single-deep pallet rack into an efficient, well-organized "pick zone."
Selection Guide :
Rack depth determines Tilted Pick Shelf depth. Bay width (between uprights - left to right) determines width and number of Pick Shelf sections. Use 9" Span-Track® Hangers. Two shelf sections within one level of a bay require a minimum of three hangers. A single shelf used alone in a bay needs two hangers.
